Well, not a good start. No waiting area. Two of us dining agreed to wait for a table which is usual for a Friday night. Once we got sat down we were forgot about. Our waitress was taking orders from others including a large group that were seated well after us. Over an hour and still no food. Hopefully once we eat we can say it was worth it. UPDATE. Once we got the food it did not get any better. I can forgive if the food could compensate for the other things. Instead it was warm and flavorless fajitas and dry bland meatloaf. The meals also were not prepared per the description on the menu which we use to make a choice on what sounds good. After noticing that other patrons were having a similar experience that led them to involving management, we decided to also share our experience. They were apologetic, understanding, and did what they could to help. It was appreciated but unfortunately still ruined the night for us when we were in such a great mood before arriving. Over a two hour ordeal that just drained us. I feel this restaurant has some good things going for it but needs serious improvements to become consistent. To be fair, since we were in such a good mood and had plans afterward, I might be slightly more critical in this review. So, if you are in the mood to gamble with your experience being good vs lousy, this place might be good. But I don't think that even after the apologies and concerns from the establishment that I'm willing to throw the dice again anytime soon. To the establishment. I appreciate your willingness to try and rectify the experience but we can't go back in time. So here are a few things I noticed could be improved. Remove the bicycle and add more seating for people to wait to be seated. Stop using torn paper slips to keep track of tables, patrons, and orders. Make sure wait staff are trained sufficiently so they are able to put their best foot forward to be consistent. Train the kitchen staff in quality control and what is on the menu so customers have an idea of what to expect. What you did well. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean as were the dishes. Environment was fun and sporty focusing on things related to brand. Listening to...
Read moreI felt that everyone has a bad day so I went to get 4 meals delivered. The menus was almost empty. Maybe because of the two day storm? No burgers, no cheese sticks, no quesadillas and no mashed or smashed potatoes. My boyfriend want meatloaf or something (I can’t recall) but those were off the menu too. They offered 30% off to pick up but we looked at the options and though pick up what. Still my favorite spot but tonight I had to go with a competitor. This is a cute local watering hole and I like to support local businesses. What’s going on?
I’ve been getting delivery for over 2 yrs. I rarely dine in. I try to support local businesses and stay safe. 75% of the time, the order is wrong and one order is always just a medium rare cheeseburger, no bun with bacon lettuce and tomato. Seems easy. It’s is virtually impossible to get it correct. Things have gone down hill and there is no consistency at all. I think that they removed mashed potatoes and smashed potatoes and that was one of the best items on the menu. It’s sad because we only have two burger restaurants in Indian Land to get a burger and a drink. I’m almost inclined to give it one star because it’s charred like a hockey puck with wrong toppings 1/4th of the time. Door dash must not give them feedback so they don’t know what they are sending out. The burger was so charred that it scratched my throat. Didn’t feel safe even giving it to the dog. I will try to...
Read moreWe followed one person here. And we return only if he is cooking because otherwise, you never know what you will get. Very inconsistent food, even more inconsistent service. Like another comment here, I, too, waited forever for another drink. By the time the beer arrived, it was past "happy hour," and I was charged full price. It is not uncommon for me to have to walk to the bar to get another drink. And this happens every time we go. Used to be regulars, now we will find somewhere else to go. Beer price has gotten too high anyway. Most other places charge $2 to $3 for a PBR. Not $4.50! And I probably wouldn't mind that if I could actually get more than one. Does the wait staff not realize that @ $4/beer and a 20% tip, that equals $.80 per beer! Just bring them to me and I will pay. Now, multiply my response by the number of people who are too frustrated to leave a review and you have an issue. Simply done.
Check this out! Since almost everything varies with size and quality, I made the assumption of "how can you mess up a burger?" Well, the first burger was fantastic! Big, juicy, excellent! Today's burger is below. The butt end of the tomato was bigger than the burger. So...
