Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

We will never go to this location ever again. I will be taking my business to the new one by the promenade. The past two times we’ve gone, half our food is missing and they’re too much in a rush to even care or take time to pack an order correctly (all/correct food and how to pack it).2 of our tacos were spilled out because they weren’t wrapped and they threw them in upside down. I know it’s just fast food and you get what you pay for but honestly it’s absurd at how poor the work ethic is. Coming from someone who has worked in food and works in customer service, I truly don’t know how this location is open and how some of these people have jobs with how rude they are. Tonight we placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to get it (we were the only one in line), got our food and drinks missing half of what we ordered, along with spilled tacos, and several inches of empty space in our cups. Went back in the drive thru told them we were missing x items, nicely may I add, and the guy chuckled and told me to come up. Then asks what I’m missing again and cuts me off halfway and shuts the window to talk to his coworker. He then proceeds to tell me to come inside and wait because “they’re too busy”, meanwhile I have a crying baby in the back seat. I asked for a refund and he said he can’t do that. At this point it’s been 30 min and I didn’t even have my order. He grabs who I believe is a manager, but she definitely shouldn’t be with that attitude and she tells me I can come inside or leave and go on the app and ask for a refund. Needless to say we left and we will never come back. Not that they care, but save yourself 45 minutes of waiting for wrong or damaged food and go to the other location...

Stay away. Store is filthy, staff is rude, orders come out wrong and undercooked with minimal fillings, and all that only after you sit in your car waiting for a half hour.

Last few times I went have involved waiting up to 30min to get my order, with most of that time spent sitting next to the speaker/mic, waiting for someone to acknowledge me or saying it'll just be another minute. I get that the service industry is struggling right now, but this location has far and away surpassed any level of disfunction I've seen elsewhere, with employees that are ruder, less helpful, and most likely to mess up your order. This last visit (and it will be my last, at least for a few years, by which time I'll have moved away) had me getting scraps of undercooked "food" with a rude attendant tossing 2 packets of the wrong sauce for 3 tacos, and only after she finally acknowledged that I was still sitting in her window. Idk why she was so annoyed that I wanted sauce, but I honestly don't care anymore. One final note, not particular to this location, taco bell used to be appealing despite it's always low quality food because it was so cheap, but it now costs more than even Chick-fil-A, a restaurant that has always provided quality. Has the cost of horse meat gone up faster than chicken, or is taco bell taking advantage of the situation by...

9\30\22 Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker. No response. Probably 20 munutes extra in line 5 cars drove off after waiting time to. I left went to down the road to do something else as no one was in the restaurant from looking in the drive thru window orgoing to the main doors and looking in. There was 2 cars parked next to the building. I went back 15 minutes later and they were taking orders. The only person i know was working was very rude. I asked for the general manager which she stated wss her. Bery rude. Then i stated your the general manager again and she said this store doesnt have one im a general manager at another store. She stated if you want yiur order tell me now or cancel it in the app now. I waited 3 minutes at the window that she wad out of view. She gave me my order i asked what store she worked at so i would never go there and she shut the window and walked away. This is the fort mill store. My order is 976377. Ss i stated the 2 cars were the only cars parked at the building still but she stayed she just got there to open the store as no one showed up. My order first time stated 12:19 on order but that time was not an option. Need friendly...
