WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAINT YOUR FOOD AND COFFEE!!!!!!
I frequent multiple Dunkie locations and this one was pathetic. The people who work there must either hate their job or hate serving in a rich town. I get it to a certain extent, as I only pass by the town.
I got a Large iced caramel swirl coffee and the coffee was BURNT (aka old coffee) so I barely drank it. I was stuck at the salon next door so I couldn't exchange it right away. I went to change it and they gave me another iced coffee that was WORSE than the first one, not too mention they got the order wrong. This 2nd visit, I also ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. The kid took her sweet time adding cream cheese. I ended up throwing out the ice coffee bc no amount of sugar will correct it and I no longer feel like I got a safe product. The bagel looks okay, but it wasn't even toasted............... I realize I didn't spend a lot of money here, because I can easily go to a Starbucks that will be more proper and better tasting, but I was in a rush, but I shouldn't expect to see POOR food service and customer service for my money.

I ordered strawberry frosted donuts from the app for my son which is his favorite treat. Although I paid for a strawberry frosted donuts, when I arrived to the store I saw that they actually ran out of it! So, how am I supposed to trust them? I asked the crew member to make it over and he gave me MAJOR attitude. I asked if he was not having a good day day and his reply was no. Even after asking if he can cook my sandwich a bit extra he didn't.
