Terrible customer service in broader company NO phone number for calling - just texting NO direct number to store - just to "guest support"
Ordered by app Order wasn't ready in the time frame, couldn't pick up They refunded me - fine, thank you, that is nice, appreciate it.
But still hungry!
So discovered the order was complete after I had already returned to work from lunch break. Tried to confirm the meal was still there - Person on other end of text: "Cannot confirm. There is no physical support at the store. The order is complete."
Went back on a work break while being covered by a co-worker to get lunch an hour and a half after I had planned
Order is NOT there.
And the poor employees (are there only 2 people working a Saturday lunch?!) are so swamped, I can't ask because I have to go back to work, I just barely made it over in the first place and the line is so long.
If the order is complete what happened to it? Did someone else take it by accident? Will it be there if I go back at 5:00 to get it for dinner instead???
Great food, great customer service IN PERSON
Terrible management who cannot hire and/or schedule employees! If the business can't keep up with demand, turn off the online orders! :/

Easy to find a parking spot. I received my order less than 5 mins after I placed an order (customers kept coming non-stop since I was there until when I left). The person who was taking care of picking up station was so kind following up and bringing my order for me outside where I was waiting. The restaurant was so clean and the team were very attentive.
Avocado was perfect. I also fell in love with beets slices in the bowl. I'm not sure if they pickled or marinated with something or not but it's so crunchy and delicious!
I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the food. Tons of choices so I just picked one to try.

Update 1/7/21 I did order one of my favorites, green goddess avocado salad, 2 orders. It wasn't long after I ordered until I opened both boxes. Other than the missing items, the avocado slices are a bit disappointing. -1 star for the order this time. I understand mistake happens. The site has no search function, nor ingredients link. Yes, the primary ingredients are displayed, but the full ingredients list is not.
I had a Caramelized Garlic Steak plate with Pesto dressing. The Pestos I know include dairy (cheese), which is important because I'm in the 44% of Americans with lactose intolerance.
Botton line, it’s important to see all of a dish’s ingredients. After 20 minutes, I could not find the full ingredients list on the website for any item. This is a disconnect with the marketing mantra and leads me to believe Sweetgreens has something to hide.
