I was traveling through this area and decided to try this location after driving for more than 6 hrs due to the fact that it was one of the only places around the area that seemed appeasing to order some food.. The ambiance was really calm and aesthetically pleasing. I placed an order to go with a cashier who was very nice and sweet. There was no one else in store when I placed the order. However, I was told that it would be 10 mins long. ( decent time to prepare ). With little to no traffic. I had to eventually ask how much longer after waiting for almost 30 mins and other customers receiving their food quicker than mine. I ordered a chicken parm & an eggplant parm for myself & a friend. Was entirely disappointed by the lack of communication that could have been relayed to let me know my order would be taking longer. I also had to come back inside after finally receiving bc no napkins were placed in my to go bag .. adding on to the inconvenience of my time.
As for the quality of food, I guess it depends on what you order. The chicken parm my friend had he rates 5/5. Soft bread, good amount of cheese. As for the the Eggplant parmigiana, totally not worth it. Ironically enough there is a review 7 months ago about the eggplant parmigiana & 7 months later it is still the same. Thinly sliced eggplant .. barely any sauce.. can’t appreciate the soft bread bc that is all you’re tasting for 11 dollars - bread. 1/5 for potential of flavor. I hope for future the item on the menu gets rectified & communication is better as time is valuable...

Hi. Wellesley local of 20+ years here. When I say this place blew my mind, i mean it blew my slick back, gold chain wearing, Guido mind.
I've been surrounded by the linden deli X tutto Italiano feud for decades, and after going to fiorella's trattoria for the first time today I finally understand why it was never brought up in that conversation.. it's because fiorella's is in a completely different league from those goombas.
The flavor, the dedication to authenticity, and the hospitality all come together for a wonderful Italian lunch experience that I WILL be coming back for. And I highly encourage you to as well.
Avoid the rush, go around 3pm on a weekday, have the whole place to yourself, sit outside and enjoy some nice weather with a homely meal.
Can't speak for the whole menu, but the chicken Parm and Italian sandwiches were straight out of my mother's kitchen. Such fresh and authentic recipes, I have no doubt the rest of the menu...
Read moreWow! My partner and I had been feeling a bit down so we stopped here on a whim for a pick me up and we definitely made a great call. A casual but very cozy atmosphere with a stunning color palette, and all of the staff including the kitchen are incredibly friendly and inviting. The woman that greeted us at the counter was so lovely, she really brightened our night. We ended up sharing the Sausage and Ricotta pizza. We were asked if the cherry peppers would be OK and we said yes. After eating it I'm glad we did as I'm not sure it would be the same without. The ricotta is herb seasoned adding even more flavor. The structure of the pizza is perfect- thin and crispy with a little chew. Perfect ratio of crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Reasonable pricing as well for how amazing the quality is and we didn't have to wait long at all. Thank you Fiorellas Wellesley team♡ we will in fact...
