Hidden up charges & poor food quality.
This used to be a pretty decent Arby’s, but over the last year, it’s really gone downhill.
My biggest complaint is that the prices you are charged do no not match the prices on the menu. For instance, a Rueben is listed as $7.56, but my receipt says $8.06. Not a big deal for one item, but when you order multiple, and each has an unmentioned up charge of 50 cents or so, you’re over charged quite a bit.
I was also charged for a cup of water (seen on receipt), which is not a big deal, I understand needing to charge for cup and straw, but again, communicate or post you’re going to do so.
My second big complaint is the quality of the food. The portions have shrank substantially, particularly the meat… reminds me of the old Wendy’s commercials. “Where’s the beef?”
See attached images. Three bites of thin, wimpy, meat portions with bread, and barely any sauerkraut… and the rest is dry rye bread.
Not worth the $9.33 plus gas to get there. I’m...

OMFG!! They kept us in the drive thru waiting to order for 20 minutes when it is 89° outside! They wouldnt even acknowledge we were here. Then after we ordered, we sat 1 car away from the window for 15 minutes all for a single menu item. AFTER getting to the window, the cashier told us the order cost $30.35 then changed the price to $39.15. Total order time was 35 minutes at the F'ing Drive thru! UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNBELIEVABLE! NEVER COMING TO THIS GARBAGE DUMP AGAIN.
EDIT: AFTER GETTING ON THE FREEWAY BACK TO BELLINGHAM, WE FOUND OUT THAT OUR ORDER WAS TERRIBLE. THE FRIES WERE UNDERCOOKED, THE MOZZARELLA STICKS WERE BURNED, NO CHEESE ON THE CLASSIC DOUBLE BEEF AND CHEDDER (I PAID $0.60 FOR THAT CHEESE) AND I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, THE IDIOT THAT ANSWERED SAID "WE ARE ALL BUSY RIGHT NOW." AND HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK AND HE SIMPLY RESPONDED WITH "DAMN IT WHAT?" I JUST SAID I'M...
Read moreWe had a coupon for 2 for $6 market fresh sandwiches. I ordered the chicken pecan salad, my wife the triple decker club. We were told the triple decker didn't qualify for the coupon because it "had too much meat". The coupon didn't says "exclusions apply". She ended up ordering the roast beef and swiss. When I grabbed our food I noticed a significant weight difference between our two sandwiches. She opened her to find the sandwich she originally wanted, the triple decker. I opened mine too find barely any chicken salad. There wasn't even enough to cover one half of the bread. I took mine back up and told them this was ridiculous. One employee looked confused and showed another and he told her to get another scoop. After that she showed I assume the manager who said there should always be 2 scoops. And to add another. Glad it was resolved but the kids making the sandwiches must have been having a bad evening. Sad thing is it...
