EZ's Burger Deluxe — Restaurant in Wenatchee

We saw this local burger joint as soon as we arrived to town, we decided we would give it a try. As it has a fun and inviting atmosphere from the design of the building. Although For a local eatery burger, this place is disappointing. We ordered the special 5.88 after 8pm: a deluxe burger with fries and a drink, (bacon and cheese cost extra which we got and instead of 5.88 it came out to a little over 11 bucks). Nonetheless, the customer service was okay-not great we felt more of an inconvenience to the person taking our order and handing us our food. We could see there were about 5 employees working at about 1030pm on a Friday night, there was one other car on the other drive through window but didn’t seem busy-but still felt as though we were a bother to the young gal working. There is a small table outside seating available but we took it back to our hotel to eat only to find that there was no ketchup even though we asked for some, and the burger was sloppily put together with an excessive amount of sauce on the burger that made the bread soggy. I took one bit and was super disappointed in how over cooked the patty was and how soggy the bread was-we tossed it all and got Wendy’s across the way instead. If I could rate this a 0 star I most definitely would on customer service. I called in to place an order for my husband for his lunch break and was put on hold, I waited and waited then I heard a women say to a coworker that I had hung up the phone so she completely hung up. I called back after and had the same lady pick up the phone I said “you hung up my phone call when I was still on the lineñ she said it wasn’t her. I then proceeded to ask if I could place an order she said no because of how busy they were and she had no one to take the call??? I told her she shouldn’t have hung up the phone when I wanted to place an order. I then politely asked for her name and she refused to give it to me then said “call back in 5 minutes or come down” talking beyond over me. So I didn’t place an order, my husbands phone is broken so I couldn’t call him to tell him the situation. Once he got there he said his wife might have place an order, well the lady that answered my call told him I hung up the phone.. I mean come on, it is not my fault you do not like your job, do not be disrespectful and a liar. Definitely will be speaking to a manager about their customer service. Yes it's true I am absolutely in love with the world class 🍔 🍟 shakes, and all of the other savory food they serve, and also the customer service they consistently provide is equally as excellent. I've never written a restaurant review before, or ever tried to throw my 2 cents online, however EZ's is just so exceptional I have to give them back some of the love they deserve. The quality is unwavering in consistency from top to bottom, they truly are exemplary. The employee'$\§†aff are exemplary in customer service, they vivacious from when they greet you to handing out the order. I feel they exert authentic enthusiasm, and genuineness every time I go through, and are never impatient even when it is 5+ cars in both drive thru rows. Don't even get me started on their 🌍 greatest🥛 shakes & thts 💯% fact... I think they 🌀 them up with a 🦄 horn bc they are 💫 magical.... So next ⏰ your getting lunch or dinner, its an EZ choice... EZ duz it all... Lastly add a few Shelly's scrumptious 🍪cookies 🍪 to your meal and tell me your not 🤤 for more..... #no I don't work for EZ's but I would love to rep a EZ's T shirt....

My only suggestion to EZ's would be to make a membership card of some sort and I will sell them an market...
