Employees have been very courteous and helpful when asked. They don't follow & hound you, but check occasionally to see if you need help. 👍 Checking out is usually pretty fast! ✈

I Can usually find what I NEED (& then some) to get the job done a LOT less expensive! The hand tools have a "LIFETIME" warranty!

UNFORTUNATELY, Powertools DON'T.... I bought a cordless dremel TYPE electric tool & it DIDN'T last long at all.... (Cutting small stones & making jewelry). I also SMOKED tile saw Cutting small rocks! It was the one w/the plastic base, which I THOUGHT would be suffient for what I was doing.... After about 8-10 hrs use it wasn't sounding or running too well. It had been Thoroughly cleaned several times, & never pushed to bog down during use. Beside that I'm A GIRL & I DON'T manhandle my tools!

Sometimes there's a lot of Truth to "You get What You Pay For!" Just be careful what you Buy & DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

There IS Actually a guy on YouTube who compares Harbor Freight power tools to They're "CLAIMED Brand Name Competition!" It gets VERY INTERESTING here!😀 He buys BOTH Harbor Freight product & the product Harbor Freight CLAIMS as the comparison competition.... Then takes them APART on camera! Showing the difference & the PROS and CONS! ☺ This man has the creditials in this type of work & what he USUALLY FINDS IS a lesser quality & weaker product in the Harbor Freight electrical tools! 😮 Under light usage, or for a quick fix it may get the job done cheaper than a renting a tool.

We needed travel trailer hitch for my granddaughter. I called harbor freight Wenatchee and they said none available in Wenatchee but Moses Lake had 2 so we drove to Moses Lake and picked up 1. The next day I decided I wanted one too so tried to order one on the website but couldn’t make it work but website did say Wenatchee had one. So again I called Wenatchee store and they said they did not have one so I drove down there and asked again if they had one because website showed one. Clerk said aisle 5 had their RV items so I looked and no hitch so found different employee and explained the situation so he finally looked in back room and sure enough there it was. He put it on a cart and pushed it to back door and said there you go. This thing is very heavy . I pushed it up front and paid for it and when I got it to my truck I had to find another customer to help me load it. They certainly don’t go above...

Need something inexpensive and disposable in a pinch? Harbor Freight can help. Regularly carries a selection of every inexpensive tool you may want or need. Their china made hand tools seem to only be good for use once or twice (you get what you pay for). It's cheap, it breaks, you buy another, then another, rinse repeat over and over if you don't save for a better one elsewhere. Never offered any help by staff in passing. 3rd visit to this location for a specific item was the charm. Finally had what we searched for after visiting every Harbor Freight between Moses lake and Seattle for years (regardless of every store saying the item was in stock online). Cashiers are always friendly and will ask if we found everything we needed (better late...
