About a month ago, I took my phone in to another place (not here) to get the cracked screen replaced. They quoted $120. I came back to pick it up and payed 150 after taxes. No problem. A couple days later the screen started to show tiny cracks around the ear hole. I took it back and they told me they would replace it again for $80. (I wanted a free replacement because I felt the screen was maybe defective.) I declined as I didn't feel I should have to pay 200 for a 120 repair. I lived with the cracks until it got worse and parts of the screen were unresponsive. I took the phone to Cell-tech They quoted me $90 without even knowing the story behind it and then when it was done he told me that the glass that was on it was from a bargain company, not all the screws were put back in, and there was no water seal put back in. I generally take these kinds of situations as expensive lessons and move on. I now have a new place for my phone repair needs. Initially I went to the big wig Apple associated Store in Redmond town center and they said the iPad was “written off”/ un-repairable! Second I went on the official apple website to ask for a repair and they asked $150!

Then I went to the mall site Cellaxs Phone Repair and he quoted me $300 to only order in the screen!

Out of desperation I kept searching and on the first ring Jose answered. Under a $100 he repaired my daughters iPad!...
