If you've eaten at a PE anywhere besides Wenatchee, temper your expectations for this location. I ordered at 6:50 for a 7:15 pickup. I arrived at about 7:10 Order was 1/2 fried rice, 1/2 super greens and string bean chicken breast. Despite a large staff, 8-10 people, some of whom were standing around talking to each other, when I arrived at the restaurant it took a few minutes for anyone to greet me and ask about my order. When I was asked the person went and looked didn't see my order and walked off. Order was ready at 7:18, I got a text informing me it was ready, and I watched it get put up on the rack. A couple minutes later I waved down the lady who had first talked to me about getting my order. So far, not great but it's a Sat night and they were busy...not slammed by any means but busy. Before leaving I popped the container open for a quick check that I had gotten what I ordered...looked good. Got home and sat down to eat and to my surprise my bowl was about 80% rice, 3 med small pieces of broccoli and the 3 pieces of chicken I had to hunt for because they were sooo small. There were also 4-5 green beans. The rice was dry and undercooked and the chicken and green beans seemed to have been sitting around for ages and looked a bit worse for wear. I broccoli was good and in good shape. Overall, my experience was poor with staff who seemed more interested in talking to each other than in serving and being attentive to customers and the food was a travesty and barely resembled the 25% rice, 25% broccoli and 50% chicken and green beans. When I have visited other PE locations, particularly in Vegas, the service was much better and the food quality and portions exceeded expectations. I hope our local PE can pull it together but I for one won't be going back...
Read moreReally good when they actually have the food available. Whenever i visit any panda express, I always have white rice with chicken teriyaki. Every location has always had it, tasted great, no problems. I've been trying to eat here for the past month and a half and have only been able to actually eat once because every time I go, no matter what time of day, they never have the chicken, the sauce, or both in stock. Today I was told that they had the chicken but it was frozen and that I would have to come back in 3 hours. That's like McDonalds not having patties available for their burgers. After the 4th or 5th time of this happening, I emailed their customer service to complain and let them know of the problems at this chain, and they never responded or contacted me. When they do have the food, it tastes really good but not as good or as fresh as other panda express locations.
Edit: Dropped my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Will not be returning anytime soon to this location. Was told that the chicken teriyaki would be about a 10 minute wait, and i didnt mind waiting the 10 minutes for the chicken. It has been almost 40 minutes and I still have not received my order. At the 30 minute mark they told me that they had the chicken but were waiting on the teriyaki sauce and it would be another 15 minute wait. Someone from management gave me a single use 10 dollar gift card and said sorry for the wait and walked away. I will not be returning to this location anytime in the near future. Extremely dissatisfied with this location. By the time I get my food it'll probably be October 26th and maybe I can go home and play red dead redemption 2. Will not be returning to this panda express location, something has to change or they're gonna go out...
Read morelooking through the reviews I see many mentioning how terrible the service is, and they would not be wrong! I am in the serving industry myself and know what costumer service is. Went about a month ago the sodas were flat. I mentioned it to them and all they did was refill my soda. I asked if they had already changed the CO2. Nobody, not even the manager knew what I was talking about!!! I told them what it was. They refused to figure out how to fix the problem. They didn't even offer to give me my money back. I had to ask for it. Went again today because I had a coupon for a free item. I misunderstood what my coupon was offering and asked to please only get what my coupon was offering and I would pay for the drinks. She continued to tell me she didn't understand what I was asking for because I had ordered something different. I again told her I mis understood the coupon and would like ONLY what the coupon offered and to pay for the drinks. She proceeded to charge me the full amount because I had already ordered it. At my place of work I would have been very understanding and informed the costumer for their next visit that that is not what it was but given them what they came for of no charge! And I certainly would not have given the costumer attitude about it! I will never come back to this Panda Express. I NEVER take the time to write reviews like this because people have their bad days but I have given it THREE chances. THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE...
