SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wenatchee — Hotel in Wenatchee

The lobby was clean and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we got to the room we originally felt it was very clean but when we looked a little deeper, we noticed barbecue sauce splattered on the curtains and bathroom door. The couch and ottoman looked dingy and needed to be shampooed. The hide a bed in the couch was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't force anyone to sleep on that thing. Completely flat and painful. The bathrooms and bedding were clean and the bathroom layout is great; a shower/sink room and a toilet/sink room. We were able to hook up to our Netflix account on the TV which was great. The pool was a little cold at first and when in the Jacuzzi, the chlorine was burning our eyes. We enjoyed having a warm cookie during social hour. The beds were not comfortable but again were clean. Our room was above the outdoor fire pit area and people were being very loud for hours. So much so, that they kept us up and after falling asleep woke us up. I finally had to call the front desk around midnight and after then, I didn't hear them. The free breakfast was great. Waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast and assorted bagels and muffins. There was coffee, tea, juice and milk as well. All in all, we were happy(ish) with our stay but feel the beds could have been better and the room could have been a bit more clean; especially because of the high price we paid. The rooms definitely don't match the price. We wish the outdoor fire pit area would have been closed at 10:00 p.m. instead of having to call the front desk. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Last Christmas I paid over $250 for a Mountain View king suite for my girlfriend and my first trip together. We were staying here for our trip to Leavenworth hoping to have a wonderful place to recoup and recover from a day of fun. This place was the worst part of our trip. Our “Mountain View” was a view of a 12 foot fence with a truck trailer peering over. When I confronted the front desk telling them I had paid an extra $100 for this view particularly, they told me that the title was “advertisement”. So I’m guessing the king’s bed may be as well a part of advertisement as well. No accountability or care from the staff since they were just glad to sell out their rooms. The bed was mediocre with a heating unit that wouldn’t work unless we placed it over 85 degrees. Our room was freezing but the unit wouldn’t activate unless it was set that high. The pool was a disaster. A lot of metal rusted, the ceiling fountain was half working, and the jets to the jacuzzi didn’t work (broken button). You think on a holiday that Marriott would place their best foot forward. Sure there was breakfast and that was appreciated, but it didn’t excuse them for making my room a complete failure. Again my stay was in 2021 Christmas, and it’s been some time but I can’t stress how terrible this experience was for the money I paid. This hotel ruined my girlfriend’s and my expectations for Marriott and I am severely disappointed and would rather stay at any other hotels...

We stayed over one night to go to Leavenworth . I do like that it’s not far from stores and restaurants. The room was nice and had a good view on the third floor . The cookies were nice and tasty . The breakfast the next morning was lack luster at best the bacon was overly crispy and very thin taste almost generic and the eggs was meh … the waffles was the only thing that I enjoyed wish there was more options like hash browns or sausage I get it that it’s free but I’ve breakfast at 2 star hotels that were way better and more options … you couldn’t even get ice there was no dispenser for it this is the Marriott like really ? The hot tub and pool was fine . Also we felt like they were being sneaky apparently they charge you a 30 something cleaning fee we weren’t aware of this since the almost they originally offered and what they ended up charging during the hold wasn’t the same .i went up to talk to the receptionist which appears to be a young teen she didn’t seek very knowledgeable and looked confused and almost seem annoyed that I brought up the extra fee she then proceeds to say yeah we let all our guess know in advance there’s a cleaning charge of 20.00 well we weren’t aware of this and also the amount you mention was way off .
