Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Wenatchee

Coming back to you for yet another 1 star review. I walk in and per usual no one acknowledges us for a few minutes. Order takes excessively long, manager comes out and apologizes that "no one dropped the food items". Then we drive home to Leavenworth and I have a beef taco instead of chicken. I call repeatedly and no one answers. I reach out to taco time via 4 different platforms and get no response. I go reply back to the old email from my first complaint and someone named Amy Myles refuses to refund my order and instead says they'll mail me a check. You don't need my address. I used to think Taco Time NW was cool but they are an abject failure of a company and they don't care if you complain for a year straight they will fix nothing.

Original: Walked in to order. Older gentleman is finishing ordering in front of me. He gets his food and goes. I'm literally right in front of the register and the Cashier doesn't say a word or even acknowledge me and walks away and disappears. Then I see him at the drive thru. After waiting a minute or two I just decided to go to Wendy's because he didn't every acknowledge me so apparently despite being 6'5 I must...

Very unfortunate in all my years of going to Wenatchee Taco Time this has been the WORST experience. I ordered online and sent my mom to pick it up and the girls were being rude. after 20 mins of waiting my mom goes inside to get it and they tell her they will bring it out when it’s ready for the second time. they let her know they put a comp card in the bag . i get my food and the ‘crisp’ bean burrito is veryyyyy undercooked more like soggy oily burrito, same with the mexi fries and the classic burrito i couldn’t even hold with my hands it looks like they used it to wipe the rail and then wrapped it in the paper and gave it to me . did they know my food was undercooked and that was the reason for the comp card or was it for the attitude they were giving my mom when she went to pick up the food. Either way, i am very disappointed. as a previous employee back in the day I know for a fact we wouldn’t let this slide so i don’t know whats changed but they need...

My family has been going off-and-on to the Wenatchee Taco Time for some years now, overall it's a pretty fair approximation of "average".

The food is precisely what you'd expect for fast-food tacos, and in that respect it doesn't disappoint at all, with a respectable menu, and waits that while they can extend a bit aren't to the point that you start checking your watch a whole bunch.

They don't seem to have handled the whole COVID thing particularly well, unfortunately, the facility seems to be perpetually kind of dirty now, with tables un-wiped and food / drink spills on the floor the last several times we've been in. The condiments, straws and everything have been removed and (ironically) replaced with advertising fliers. We're really hoping they come back in time to the fairly-decent place they were before, at the moment it's not a spot that I'd recommend unless you have a particular desire...
