Service was terrible, food was not good, and orders were wrong. Started with ordering a ceviche bitanita, sprite, margarita with no salt, and a michelada. The margarita cane with salt and instead of fixing a new drink i was given the salty margarita in a new glass. From the taste the fish and shrimp from the ceviche botanita was clearly boiled and not cooked in lime. The sprite that was ordered did not arrive until well after we were done eating the appetizer. Frustrated from the lack of service we asked the server to put our order to go. The sprite finally arrived with the to go boxes and our ticket and of course they charged me for the sprite. Came here with family. I ordered shrimp from the menu. And my family ordered something else. Waiter brings out food and said he forgot to put in my order. No problem. I wait. He comes back and it's the wrong order. I say it's ok. He says nope, it's actually for another table. Ok. So I wait again. He comes back again and says they didn't have shrimp. So I order something else off the menu. He comes back a few minutes later and they didn't have that either. At that point, I didn't want my family waiting on me so I didn't eat. The place was half empty and we waited 10 minutes to be seated in the middle of 2 tables, no one took the time to lift the plates and clean them, the waiter was very friendly, the food took 20 minutes. In that they only brought us half of the order, almost at the end they brought us the chips and a plate of beans that supposedly they should have brought that at the beginning but the waiter said that they ran out the chips ,they have a good concept but they lack leadership.
