Burger King — Restaurant in Weslaco

Cashier was unsure on coupon policies when asked, not a big deal, got info from another associate. What was just ridiculous was being double charged for drink and tripled charged on burgers. I was charged a meal even though it was explained for coupon that i had to get Burger by itself and the fries ect would he add-ons which I was thinking "oh cool I don't have to get fries i'll just get a drink and the burger, cashier assumed I wanted meal she didn't even ask and I never said I wanted the meal. I said a #1 and a drink. I don't know what she was thinking. I was upset but became pissed off when I found out she charged another burger. I mean hello use some common sense and repeat what the order is that's standard procedure in all fast food franchises but it was already charged on my debit didn't want to go threw hassle of refund and explaining things three associates. I asked for a bag after being ignored had to but into someone's order but I wasn't gonna deal with that b.s. I warn you be careful when ordering here always double check what you order ask them to repeat just to verify even if its the most basic order they...

Worst customer service ever from an older female with blonde hair and glasses that works there. As I’m ordering she’s asking in the worst mood and to top it off gets the whole order wrong. I specifically asked for a number one combo with cheese and a jalapeño and to drink a Dr. Pepper. What do they give me? When I get to the window that same female tells me there’s no Dr. Pepper or coke so I end up having to ask for sprite. Then I’m starting to leave and notice I don’t have the jalapeño which they charged me for so I go back. Then when I get home and start to get everything out notice what seems like a kids meal a small burger with nothing but meat inside no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles, no onions no nothing. Burger King keeps getting worse and worse. There burgers are good when they get the orders right but with the people they keep hiring people will prefer to go somewhere else. Never going back again they should just close...

This is definitely the king the king at being slow with horrible service never fails to get your order wrong where have it your way it's just a slogan you've never heard. if you get your order right it's genuinely surprised they also have the worst turnaround I seen I get that fast food is a thankless job but almost every 3 days they're just doing hiring and interviews because they can't keep anybody at this location the store is constantly dirty The children's area extremely rundown not maintained at all Worst part is nobody is ever there at that location but yet somehow it will still take you 30 minutes to get your food nobody in the store can be bothered to clean anything it is usually the regular customers that clean up and that's because they live close by ice cream machine never works at this location it should just take it off the menu...
