Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Weslaco

So my Wife had gone to get some lunch all good until she gets to the window. She asked for a Ranch and the lady helping said “ok .56 cents” she said ok and paid but when she was given the bags she had checked just to be sure she got what she had ordered. Everything looked good EXCEPT for no Ranch so she asked if she could have the missing ranch. The Lady started arguing with my Wife that she had put in there. There is no reason to lie she said it’s not there and asked the lady if she wanted to check instead of giving my wife a ranch and saying ok sorry because the customer is always right the lady takes the bags and checked. My Wife asked to talk to the Manager(Plot Twist) the lady at the window was the Manager! Didn’t get her name but all that was uncalled for wouldn't recommend going to that Jack in the Box! If you really want it go off 1015 or in Donna but stay away from the one on Texas Blvd. Hope this Manger sees this and knows that it’s unfair to treat customers like this I’m sure...

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX!!! One of my favorite things to eat at Jack in the box is the stuffed jalapeños.. so I order them a lot or should I say used to. They used to come out fresh nice brown color crunchy now they are cold, burned, soggy.. horrible!!!! And you seems like the employees don’t know what Fresh curly fries means. I got the opposite of that cold, had a horrible taste to them like old very old.. The burgers have gone downhill!!!! What is going on here!!! Management really needs to change this ASAP!! Be on top of your employees!!!! We the customers pay to enjoy a good fresh hot meal not a cold soggy old meal!!!!! This needs to be looked up by higher...

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I had went sometime last week and me and my mom wanted to try there new cheesy burger, so we dined in and when we go out food it was cold and wasn’t even made right. So we wanted it fresh and they messed it up again. So in total they messed up me and my moms order 4 times, and they were using the same bread just wiping the stuff off the buns. And asked the “manager” to get a refund and she told us no cause it was half eaten which it wasn’t we just took one bite and it was messed up. So I got my money back and left very disappointed, the cook was bad also. It’s not hard to ask for certain things...
