Terrible. Experience. I ordered a thin pan crust pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. This was an online order for delivery. The pizza was burnt around the crust, was paper thin and very skimpy on the cheese and pineapple. The pizza itself did not look appealing at all. May I add the pineapple bits were also burnt. I also ordered a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea which was delivered in a plastic bag at room tempersture. I had to set it in the refrigerator and did not taste it until the next day. It was not sweet at all and had no flavor. Ughh!!!. I asked the delivery person why the tea was delivered warm and not cold. He said that the reason for this is that it is specially brewed Pizza Hut tea. Well that answer just does not make sense. I have worked at fast food places and have seen that, in fact, each one makes their own specially brewed tea. The tea is sealed in 1/2 gallon or gallon containers and placed in refrigeration to cool down. When a customer orders a drink whether it is specially made in store or not that customer expects a cold drink, period, especially living in South Texas where the weather is so brutally hot. Never offered us refills, charged us for an extra pizza (which we didn’t know until we were home and saw the receipt) When paying I asked the manager if we still get charge for drinks even though we didn’t get refills at all he said “she usually goes and asks if anybody needs refills” Second time they made my pizza wrong!!! It was better before when they had this other manager, at least he would go out and ask if we were doing ok. They have one waitress and nobody else comes out to check on the tables. The poor waitress needs a lot of training, it seems she’s not trained at all, we still left her good tip because it’s not her fault maybe she’s not getting trained but this restaurant seriously needs help. People check your receipts!!!! And check what you’re getting charged. Also ask if there’s any specials because whatever you order they’ll charge individually without letting you know of...
Read moreI went in to order wings. I had to wait until the manager chewed off the delivery guy in front of me. Than when I finally got her to notice me, or so I thought, I told her what I wanted to order. She didn't take down my name. I went and sat down and waited for 20 minutes. Then I got up and asked her "how long". She said one more minute. Then a minute later she asked me under what name had I ordered, I told her she didn't ask my name. She stated that I hadn't ordered anything...............really??? so busy chewing out your employee in front of me? She completely denied she that she had taken my order. Also, some ladies asked her why the cooking staff were not wearing caps while cooking - she said she felt sorry yfor them because it was so hot. I wish she had felt...
