Went here one Wednesday evening with intention to enjoy some Italian food, probably pasta. It was about 50 minutes before closing, and the dining room (very dated with worn out 1970's decor) was empty except for one table with two male customers. I asked the waitress if dining room was still serving, and she said in a friendly manner, sure, sit anywhere you like. So I sat down while she continued to talk with her one table of two customers (they were done with their meal and were just engaging in small talk with her). Waitress ignored me for 10 minutes, then finally brought me a menu and asked if I wanted anything to drink, and I said water. She then went back to gabbing with the other table and completely ignored me, never brought me my water or came back to get my order. During this time I noticed the cook just wandering around the restaurant not doing anything. After 20 more minutes of listening to her gab with the customers at the other table, I finally got fed up and left. It was obvious by then that she could care less about serving me. If the dining room is closing, fine, just tell me when I come in, but don't encourage me to come in only to waste 30 minutes of my time by completely ignoring me. I can excuse being ignored if a waitress is very busy, but the restaurant was empty and she was just socializing with two customers who were probably regulars. It's not that she was rude; she just thought it was more important to engage in small talk with her two customers who had finished their meal than to take the order of a new customer who had walked in. Truly some of the worst service I've received in years. If the food is similar to the service..., well, all the better I left. I will certainly never return to see how...
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative 5000 stars review I totally would. My husband was just released from the hospital after emergency open heart surgery and wanted a much deserved slice of pizza and munchies. Andrea's got the order wrong, didn't cook the eggplant all the way through, and completely lacked customer service when my husband called to have them fix their mistakes. I have been trying to juggle everything and couldn't get back out to pick up what was supposed to be the corrected order that we had to fight for. So they agreed to fix the pizza but not the undercooked eggplant, and deliver it. They got the pizza wrong again and the rude and heartless employee of Andrea's who spoke to my husband said that it's unfortunate that he was in the hospital but they don't care and don't guarantee that your order will be right or edible!?!?!?! What kind of business is this!?!?!?! The second pizza box came delivered crushed. So really, what is truly unfortunate is that I spent $40 on food I had to throw away, because it was disgusting. What is even more unfortunate is that no one at Andrea's gives a damn about word of mouth advertising. My husband's brother said he used to eat there all the time when he lived around here, and now none of us will be eating there ever again. We will also be sharing this experience of some of the most heartless customer disservice we have experienced in...
Read moreI'M FORCED TO GIVE ONE STAR, THEY DESERVE NO STARS FROM ME! Coupon online states 36 pc chicken with fries, coleslaw & rolls. Called in an order for the 36 pc of chicken. Person who answered the phone told me it was an old coupon & that it is not valid, it is only for 30 pc. of chicken. To which I said that is not my problem as it is online & not on a menu & you have to honor it. She put me on hold & I'm assuming the owner/manager came on the line & argued with me that it is not a valid coupon & I could only get 30 pc of chicken. To which my response was you have to honor this coupon. I'm the customer (& because I'm in customer service & know the customer is always right) he continued to argue with me. I told him I was not going to order, that I was going to tell my neighbors & everyone I know not to order from you & that I was going to put reviews everywhere possible. His response to me was I could not do that. Well guess what mister, I can guarantee you lost business from at least 6 families who are at my house right now. POOR...
