Got our food to go. Food we got was great but found that a few items were missing. When we finally noticed I called right away. Our server answered and remembered that she had forgotten our dessert. Unfortunately that wasn't the only thing missing. We ordered the smoked meat sampler and also ordered an extra half pound of smoked brisket. Not only were we missing our dessert but also the extra half pound of brisket. Our server said she would have to connect us with someone who could help us. She got on the line and said we were never changed for our desert. If I go by the price of the sampler and the half pound of brisket then we paid for the desert!! Luckily she asked if we could come then or leave a message for the people on staff tomorrow. I didn't want to go but Patty said she would go so she went and picked it up. Update: well, had to change the review again after my wife got home. It seems that they gave us our dessert but didn't correct the missing brisket issue!!! After spending over $100.00 you would think that they would fix the problem but apparently they would just rather think of us as liars and only fix the dessert problem rather than take care of $15.00 worth of missing meat!! This is not the way to keep customers happy. I have never had a problem until today and after today will probably never go back!! Really sad since I have never complained about this place in the times that we've been there until now. I think it shows how much they care about correcting the situation. In these times with everything going on you would think that they would want to keep every customer happy!! No one can afford to lose customers in this economy!! Too bad because I really like...

First of all, the restaurant is great thanks to the waitstaff. Choosing to enjoy their dining hall is a wonderful experience which I highly recommend giving that department over ten stars thanks to their awesome waitress and waiter staff. However, I would highly discourage anyone from using their banquet hall. We paid for 64 guests some of which were not able to make it. So they bring out the food. It stays out for less than 30 minutes before Desi instructed the staff to discard all of the food prior to everyone being able to eat and prior to it being consumed. Desi will treat your guests very negatively, she will also charge your guests for anything and everything they desire although it was included in the fee required to accommodate your party. We left early and were not able to take our gifts with us. Most of those gifts are now missing. Over 8 bottles of wine and who knows what else has vanished. And now after all that nonsense Desi is consistently demanding additional funds although the bill was paid prior to our reception. Management promised many things they did not fulfill. We had to beg someone at the bar to put our event on their sign as well. So beware of booking any events at the Pallas Restaurant banquet hall. Unless you want hassle and very poor service on behalf of their manager Desi. I would give their banquet services a negative one hundred for the terrible service and long term memories of our supposed to have been memorable event. It was not...

The server we had was wonderful! That was about the only thing that went right. I'm not sure what the deal with the food was but I could hardly eat it. When we first entered it should've been the first clue as the entrance smelled like wet carpet and fish. I thought I was crazy but turns out I should've trusted myself. We were sat at a booth which was fine. However, it seems like its been a long time since there was a deep clean done to the place. The is little tiny black flies hovering over the table. I believe it was a fruit fly. It's not summer time so it was a bit alarming. Now for the food, the salad was horrible. The lettuce was slimy and not fresh, the dressing and the vegetables were sour. The burger I ordered wasn't much better. The burger was over cooked and dripping with grease so much that the bottom bun was wet. The burger meat tasted as if it was boiled. The fries tasted like they were fried in old oil that was used for fish. The waitress on the other hand was the best part of the visit. She was very nice and very prompt. I would return because of her service but the food leaves something...

First visit to this place. The first impression is that it's clean, the food smell permeating the air instantly had my stomach growling. Decor is a bit overblown for the place, at least in the morning, but it's well kept for sure. They only had two waitstaff when I was in and the tables were full so service was stretched pretty thin, but my waitress was a champ. I was a bit ahead of the crowd, so my food came quickly, but I waited and waited for a refill on my drink. The portion when it came was HUGE. I was able to eat half of it, though that took some doing. The fritatta style omelet I ordered was just... maybe not my preferred style of omelet. It seemed overcooked and bland to me. The hashbrowns were on the soggy side of what I prefer.

Are you ready to sit at a table in a declining structure for unreasonable amounts of time without being spoken to by anyone? Do you want to be treated begrudgingly by staff who are clearly unhappy in their lives so you can receive bland and basic food items at an unreasonable price? If so, stop on in. You'll be sure to experience hunger 5 times worse than when you chose this place, because you won't be fed for at least an hour after arriving, even if you're the only patron here! They put up these signs talking about "extraordinary" times as if somehow the pandemic told them to underpay staff, seldom clean the restaurant, or choose to participate in exploitation of labor.

Tried a new place today, highly disappointed. Being under new management isn't helping. We got the brisket skillet and the cinnamon crepes with no raisins. Brisket skillet wasn't good, too many green peppers and onions compared to meat and potato ratio and the potatoes were over cooked and just mush. The crepes had what you would assume is nuts, I didn't ask for them nor does it say it on the menu. Threw off the meal completely. Being a texture person that should really be stated on the menu, as well as the crepes were over cooked. Don't know how you can mess them up. Safe to say we won't be returning. Not too mention the upset stomach after leaving. 🤢
