George Webb Restaurant — Restaurant in West Allis

Wow… I had placed an order over the phone for pick up. When I went to pick it up I wasn’t sure if it was under my name or the other person who I was with name, I asked if there was any call in orders and she told me no. She said it must be the other location on Greenfield so I just walked out to my car and called the number back in which I had placed the order through. The server, Samantha, answered. She asked if I was the same guy that was just in there I said yes and hung up. I sent my girlfriend in to get the order instead of my self this time because I was pretty upset and didn’t want to make a scene. I wouldn’t be doing the review if it stopped there tho, the server then asked my girlfriend if she could just confirm what was on the order. Why she couldn’t ask me? I’m just as confused as why myself. After leaving the restaurant and getting home with the food, 2 of the 3 meals were not correct. The scrambler is what is in the picture. Our burgers were missing topping and all the fries were ice cold. Very very disappointing...

Went in today to have breakfast before going to work only to find hair in my food I alerted the cook since she is cooking the food and the hair is deep between my skillet she comes and get my plate dont ask where it is then says out loud that she is tired of this and she cant find it like i was lying about hair i asked the server to bring the plate back so that i can show her the hair and still fried down between my hashbrowns and eggs is a long string of hair I will never return to this place and I feel bad for the server who has to split her tips with this horrible rude cook they did offer to recook my food but she will never get to cook for me ever again do better hire a new cook and the poor server will never make good money dealing with...

This is the only George Webb's I've been to that has a cook that knows how to cook! I never knew Webb's food could taste so good! The cook at this location rocks! Eggs are even perfect! Fully cooked but still has every drop of the yoke left to dip toast into! The pancakes! Even the bacon had the perfect crisp to it without crumbling into pieces! I hope this location does whatever they need to do to keep this woman cooking! If she ever leaves I will start going back to the webbs closer to my house instead of driving 25 minutes to get to this particular Webb's! Anyone who eats here in the morning will be happy with the food! I don't know her schedule but so far she has been there about 7am...
