I visited today, Saturday 4-23 during the dinner rush, and I’m guessing like most places, they were short staffed, and everybody else was trying to cover, and it was very busy. It did take about 30 minutes to get my food, however, in that time I watched person after person after person march up to the front and ask to see a manager, and then proceed to yell at any team member within earshot. There were a lot of very angry people, who seemed to think that the very future of the universe was resting on whether they got their ice cream and butter burger within a reasonable time frame. Yes, it was a long wait, but after watching at least half a dozen people treat the team leader (I believe his name was Jose?) with such disrespect, I can’t do anything other than commend every single person who was working tonight. All the team members were friendly, helpful, calm given the circumstances, and everyone just stood there and took it as one person after another yelled at them, swore at them, belittled them, and treated them horribly. You are all absolute rock stars, thank you for what you do. You matter. And my food tasted great! Read moreDecided to stop by the drive-thru today to grab a bite after a long shift. When I get to the speaker, I'm told what the flavor of day is with a sigh... okay I get it we're ALL tired after a long day of work. Fine. When I get to the window to pay for my order, this white short pudgy white man with blue eyes hands me my order. I notice he only gave me my card but not a receipt. No biggie. I ask for a receipt... he responds sarcastically with "Do you need a cup of water too?" Really?!? Did * I ask for a water? No, I didn't. Super RUDE. Unnecessary! Unprofessional.
This encounter makes me think this wasn't the first time he's talked to someone like this. He's Very COMFORTABLE being nasty to someone who looks different than him. It's post-pandemic, times are tough as is. Not worth paying your hard earned money to get treated like you're inconvenience. By the way...there was literally NOONE BEHIND ME in line. I give benefit of the doubt when it's due but this time around, I recognize when someone is just being nasty to be nasty *for no good reason.

This location let us down last weekend when we stopped in before heading to the zoo.
It was like the girl at the register wasn't paying attention to a word we said. My wife ordered a cheeseburger basket with the works minus onions as she is allergic to them. Her burger arrived with no onions like she asked, but also was missing lettuce and tomato (the works should include both). My son wanted a double cheeseburger with just ketchup on it. His arrived with mustard on it as well. He didn't mind, but what if he couldn't have mustard? Why would they just put something on that wasn't asked for? When I ordered my double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and fried onions the girl entered it as light onions in the register. Luckily we caught that right away so she could change it to fried onions.
Once the food was corrected everything tasted great. It just shouldn't have to be this difficult to order what you want. They need to train the register employees to pay 100% attention to the customer in front of them to...
