If I may this has to be one of thee rudest restaurants I've ever been too not only are the staff very rude they justify their rudeness by stating what's policy not company policy but apparently the store manager whose never much around policy. I've attempted to complain to the random survey that they suggest you take but to my luck it got to the manager which he relayed apparently to his workers that "I'm the only customer who asks for the Teriyaki chicken to be cut into smaller pieces and that it's not their policy so they can't do it"(the cashier stated yesterday) this was the statement relayed to me by the cashier which was different from the traditional rude young lady they usually have at the counter who never smiles nor even pretends to like her job. I decided to take to Google because we are customers we are what makes a business run and this restaurant in particular hides behind the lack of english they speak which they think will justify their rudeness AND that the rice is either undercooked or over(moosh). All the way around I'm fed up and I work close to this restaurant and I'm a restaurant manager as well for another employer. You all are rude and very disrespectful to every hard working person that comes in this establishment and I won't tolerate it because never will I ever handle my customers in the manner that you all handle yours. And lastly the young lady who is usual at the counter the manager makes her clean the lobby because I come in on a daily because my boss loves rice 🤦♀️ so he removed her just to still keep the same rude practices while saying everything isn't policy. Read moreWe have become big fans of Panda Express during the period of the pandemic due to your excellent fast food and reasonable prices. We have probably been going every few weeks for the last six months. So, for food and value, you get 5 stars. Must say though, we were disappointed in the service this evening. Went through drive thru and ordered 2 bigger meals.......when we got hom we realized we were shorted an entree......I called immediately and they said that yes indeed, they had the entree as the drive thru attendant neglected to put it in the bag. When I said that I would be back in about an hour to pick it up (wanted to eat what we did get before getting cold), the girl on the phone seemed a bit put off that I wasn't coming in immediately, but said that that would be fine and I should bring my receipt. When I got there, I was given the food with a "here it is for you".....no apology for the inconvenience.......then I offered the receipt for her to see and when I asked for it back (forgetting I had paid with cash and not a CC), she said, "I'll be keeping that." The polite thing to do, if that is your procedure would be to let the customer know ahead of time and again, worry about apologizing for YOUR error that we had to drive to your establishment twice for.......nothing other than giving us what we should have got initially. Read moreI received the worst service I’ve ever had at this location. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the designated time, the order wasn’t even started. Why? Because the staff wasn’t even aware of it. They checked the register where they come in and their excuse was “sorry, it was hiding”. Really? It was hiding at the exact location where orders come through? It gets worse. Instead of hustling to prepare my already late order, another employee kept distracting her with pictures on his phone and she stops to comment on them. Next, one of the dishes I ordered (chicken and mushrooms) wasn’t even prepared. They offered to make it fresh but I was picking up lunch for my wife, who is a nurse and has a small window of time to eat, so I had to pick another entree. The finally cherry of incompetence on this sundae of failure was I ordered 2 egg rolls and received one. So, let’s recap, order was late, food ordered was not readily available, and I was shorted an item. I called for a refund (again, didn’t address the issue right then and there because my wife is an RN and her lunch window is small) and I was told they couldn’t do refunds for an online order. I said fine, I’ll just contact corporate. I left them a message, notified them that I’d like to be contacted...and they still haven’t gotten back to me. One way or another, they’re not...
