I love Panda. And I understand what goes on inside a fast food restaurant, I understand that things can get hectic. Especially when short staffed. Been there, done that. Can personally put myself in their shoes. HOWEVER, today was just terrible negligence! Firstly, door had a sign that the Lobby was closed, Drive Through only-which now forces people to wait in an extremely long line to just get their food that was already ready for pick up. I placed my order via the website at about 1:05 pm. I made the pick up for 1:30. Plenty of time to make, or start making, whatever food needs to be made incase there was a shortage. Because there was already a line for the drive through, it was an additional 30 minute wait just to get to the window. It's now 2:05. Was then told that we would have to pull around front because they ran out of Kung Pao, and that they are making it now, which would be another 20 minute wait. I already paid online, but I flat out told them don't bother. I would inquire about a refund online. If they are already rushing to make food that should have been in the process AN HOUR ago, when I placed the order, I can already tell that they are not making quality food, even for fast food standards. Panda makes you input the email AND phone number when ordering online. They could have called ahead of time to say, sorry, your order is running late. Or a text message.I could have canceled the order if need be. I feel bad for the employees, because obviously they're overwhelmed, and the window worker was obviously very sorry and polite. Read moreWe usually feel good about Panda- but not yesterday- When I arrived there was no other customers inside- I placed my order for 2 family meals, paid for them and waited patiently- In the end it took about 45 min to get my order- they put the Drive in as their top priority- even as people came in the door to order food, they kept working on new other orders- I think it was the manager-grumbled to me "Your order will be about 20 min to fill"- All of my food items were avaialble and were plentiful- they kept working on other orders- In the future dont order the family pack- Just order the large plates- the crew was keeping busy and working hard on everyones orders- Then 1 server made up these little boxes and was writing on each one- then she filled an order, and I asked -oh is that my order? She said no- we havent started on yours- I commented I feel like Im on candid camera- Everyone had their orders was sitting down eating away, and they hadnt even started on mine still- At 1 time I was the only person inside waiting- I was very puzzled- it was as if I was some dreaded villian. Then she started up making little boxes again and writing on them- I said since our base is chowmein- you dont have to cram it into the boxes- and can put it in the larger containers- then I waited again. Read moreThey are very slow in drive thru, you can literally wait 30min even after your order us placed. Then the customer service is horrible, no thank you, no apology for the wait. The lady always throws stuff, sighs, her facial expressions are so rude. I have even said I'm sorry you are having a bad day but I did not cause it, she replied you wouldn't understand my working conditions so just stop talking to me. You ask for sauce or napkins it's a problem. I have ordered, waited in line for 30min to be told we are all out of this item, but how you took my order. I have tried to give multiple chances to this location being this is the only one in town. Each try service is horrible, rude, wait is ridiculous. Majority of the time my order is wrong, and the other half of the time they have no food, they are sold out and this can be between 12 noon up to 6pm. But they do not close until 9pm. So they should re drop , re make these products.and also check the food if it's correct. It's not just happing 1 or 2 times it is multiple times. The portion size is very small compared to panda express in Milwaukee. Portion size is very small but they give you extra huge portions of rice every time. They are not giving the correct amount of portion sizes. I will now just eat at panda express in Milwaukee. I have called and complained , they seem to not care because it is not getting better.
