Boris's Deli — Restaurant in West Bloomfield Township

I was actually excited to try some food around here that wasn’t from a chain restaurant - but this place is a joke. I ordered a club “sandwich” and literally laughed out loud when I opened the box.

While yes, these are technically the ingredients to a club sandwich, this is not a sandwich at all… it is literally just a pile of meat and chopped vegetables (that somehow took 20 min to make).

The ideal deli sandwich should be able to be held in your hands, and you should get a little bit of every ingredient in every bite. This sandwich was NOT that haha…

Some of the turkey slices are over a half inch thick, the bread is almost non existent, everything is super dry, and despite the HUGE portions of everything else, I think there were only two measly slices of bacon.

So yeah, this place is great if you want a meal to give to your dog or something, but don’t come here expecting anything resembling an...

So since my past review I finally had breakfast at Boris's Deli. My wife and I stopped after church on Sunday 12/17/2023. Great decision! We split the Boris's Omelette and some hashbrowns. The portion of food is very generous! The omelette and hashbrowns were excellent! Boris's Deli is a must stop whether eating in or getting carryout!

Too the current owner I reflect only for a moment that I might bring the review to right now. When Fred's Diner was there I loved going there. Then it closed. And Boris's Deli has been there and they have carried on with great food. Now too be honest the item on the menu thats been ordered multiple times is the Reuben. The Reuben from Boris's is in a league of its own and at a fair price in my opinion. One of these days maybe I will try the breakfast because I'm confident I will be just as satisfied with that...

The place is a little small, but what it lacks in size it makes up four in the most amazing deli I have had in Years. sandwiches the size of your head. The food’s good but it’s way overpriced. I was so pleasantly surprised by this place Leave a review. Boris is a master with a sandwich. The corned beef, the pastrami the turkey were so moist And so good, he deserves an award. I have been in New York delis I’ve been in West Bloomfield deli And Boris’s deli is definitely in the category of Best. I took this to my customers today and they were absolutely overwhelmed With the quality. I will not get deli anywhere else from now on.
