My personal experience was good at this restaurant. I placed my order online in the parking lot.. my order was grab n go. It told me the wait was 41 minutes. I went in early to use the bathroom. When I entered, there appeared to be 4 groups of people waiting to be seated. There also appeared to be one frazzled waitress. I don't think they were staffed properly on a Tuesday afternoon. The grab and go station had 2 very annoyed groups of people in front of me along with 2 other groups waiting. The person working the register appeared to be overwhelmed. The previous orders were either late or wrong, or both. The first order came out and the man who was waiting checked to see everything was okay. It was. But he'd been waiting a while, and he left. The second group's order came out and they were missing chicken that they specifically chatted with a girl about. That took about 5 minutes to correct. And then they left. By now, a gentleman entered and wanted to place an order. The girl at the counter told him that it was going to be a long wait and he said he didn't mind, and he would order anyway. Then she told him "you do realize that the kitchen has to deal with the dining room and the pick up?" The man said you just wasted 3 minutes telling me this. Could you please just take my order? At which point she went, left the station and got the manager. The manager took his order no problem. The manager assured him his sandwich would be out much sooner that the girl told him. Two other orders came out without incident. At that point my order was delivered. It was about twenty minutes before the quoted time. It was correct. So, I had no problems. Some people did.

But service is lacking and very slow. Only one waitress serving more than 5 different tables alone so I had to high tip to that waitress because she deserves it by trying to meet everyone's expectations like she is the manager and same time she's old lady and putting her frustrations aside as we can see in her eyes that she wants to cry and walk out but she didn't. I'm deaf and she asked that she wants to learn sign language as well and I felt inspired by her putting her busiest stressful time to just say "Hey and I would love to learn sign language. And have great day " and she didn't have to do that but she did. Much respect for her!! Hope I can see her again or read this review and knowing I appreciate her that day ..God got something good for her coming!
Otherwise the manager is kind of lacking and should be approached to the table customers and apologized the wait. It would of be better and maybe the waitress will feel as ease a bit by knowing manager own it up not just put waitress in spot with angry and restless customers.
Again, the food and that specific waitress was awesome!! Five stars for that! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
But the management by the managers is not a good review and very poor handling management of timing and assistance and promptly and staying in the check in area and kitchen like he got nothing better to do so I put one star ⭐ because of that.
I know because I own and run a businesses myself and I know how everything works. That's why my review is nothing but pure truth.

Read moreI don't often leave bad reviews, but I really cannot recommend anyone dine at this location. I placed an online order and scheduled it so I could pick up after work. The employees behind the carry out counter were having an argument when I walked in. They didn't acknowledge me at all except to eventually move their argument into the back. After ten minutes of waiting there were five of us in the carry out part of the restaurant with no food. No one greeted us. I really would have been happy with a simple hello and a "your order will be right out" but four or five different employees were milling around talking in the back room and ignoring us. Several times someone made eye contact with me and then moved out of view of the doorway. From what I could see there were a few tables seated and one waitress helping them. Eventually a young woman did greet me and honestly it seemed like she knew we were all getting impatient and was nervous to be the one who had to help us. A manager did eventually bring my food after fifteen minutes or so, but half the order was missing. In the time it took me to turn around and walk back in the door, once again there was no one to greet carry out customers at all. I'm very understanding and I know people are short staffed all over, but having that many employees in plain sight chatting and not helping customers at all was very disrespectful.
