It's a really nice looking store. I am sure that all the staff can be very helpful and knowledgeable, but there is a gigantic problem. A problem which can not be overlooked, no matter how many discounts, deals, extra phones and promises they make to you, you will eventually end up miserable with the cellular service Sprint provides. At least I can say that with confidence if you live in a 20+ mile radius of the store. I have no skin in the game whatsoever, I don't work for any other service provider, nor do any of my family or friends. I have no investments in any other competing companies. I am just trying to to pass on the knowledge acquired over several years. I know someone who finally left because they couldn't take it anymore. They thought they had purchased a phone. Sprint even put a personal antenna in their home and they still had dropped calls. All they received were excuses and this person, known for inaction and a dread of of the hassles of change, went elsewhere. Now they're so happy you'd think they won the lottery. If you have had a different experience or know those who have, that's fantastic. And even more, I am genuinely happy for you. All I can say is Caveat Emptor,...
Read moreAfter waiting an hour and a half for the "customer care representative", Christina, to fumble her way through switching our contact from AT&T, she ensures my husband and I that our plan is for $60/month unlimited as well as purchasing 2 new iPhone for $299 each. My husband asks 3 more times before leaving the store. Christina and her manager once again promises us of this plan.
Four days later, my husband goes in to pick up our new phones and to finish the process of switching carriers. He asks, yet again, about the contract for $60/month only to be met with her stating the plan is now $85/month on top of this they now state that we have to pay $600 per phone! Once my husband asks about the contract agreed to 4 days ago, 3 other "care providers" began shoving calculators in his face trying to explain how this and Sprint's other options/plans are better for him/us financially. After being confused beyond belief and practically yelled at by the store manager, my husband leaves to sort out what just happened.
I then called to complain to Sprint and their customer service was a joke! They had horrible phone service and almost dropped my call!! Needless to say, we will be...
Read moreIf you go in I would recommend avoiding Dawana. With a family of 5 phones looking to upgrade 5 phones one would think we would have red carpet treatment. Instead Dywana made what was to be a pleasant experience a nightmare. Miss quoted prices, poor attitude, and after they had us signed up she started helping other customers. Also my daughter with my permission went in a few hrs prior and signed a contract I thought this was going to be easy. So I sent my wife and kids with the rest of the phones. They were there for over 2 1/2 hrs!! The waved activation fee was $30 suddenly. I offered to pay by phone and she refused. Odd since my daughter was able to cancel a contract and get a sign a new one not in her name. I offered to fax, email my credit card but no. When I dared ask for a manager she handed the phone back to my wife and said "I don't have time for this all the while complaining about working long hours during Black Friday. I then offer to go to the sprint store near me to pay....She said no!!!
Horrible customer service by all including the manager who also wouldn't come to the phone. The tech was the only one who helped!!! Don't waste...
