PRICY, MADE ME SICK, AND DISGUSTING First off- I second the person who said they didn’t know how this place has so many five star reviews. I don’t know if businesses can delete reviews but that must be what they’re doing… I don’t know how they’re cleaning this place, but it definitely isn’t thorough. I live thirty minutes out, but when I come to west bloomfield I usually get Zs. A few months ago, a young girl made me a great milk tea. Kudos to her for actually making something edible. I got that same milk tea a few days ago and it made me feel NAUSEOUS. It tasted like nothing, and honestly tasted a little soapy and chemically. The boba was hard, obviously not cooked all the way. I don’t know if they have new staff making the boba but not only was I extremely disappointed, but I had the worst stomach ache the whole night. I live in Ann Arbor, the boba there is MUCH better than here. Especially at Zs. That boba made me SICK. I just really hope anyone reading this puts down that boba before they get sick. Went in with a couple of my buddies and was very impressed. Z's Bubble Tea is my new favorite spot!! The atmosphere is so welcoming and stylish, with comfortable seating that makes you want to stay awhile. They have an incredible range of drinks, and I was impressed by the variety. I had the taro milk tea, and it was delicious with the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness, with boba that had just the right texture.

What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose from their extensive menu with genuine enthusiasm. I visited Z’s bubble tea for the first time and loved it! I’ve been looking for a good bubble tea spot for quite some time and they delivered. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose the classic brown sugar boba. The boba was made to perfection, it had the right amount of sweetness, milk, and tapioca ratio. My husband was craving a hot drink so he got a white chocolate mocha that was also tasty!
