Wendy's — Restaurant in West Caldwell

Pretty terrible wendy's. I try to stay away from fast food as much as possible but i cannot resist a good 4 for 4. I work down the street and have a very limited time for lunch. I pull up to the speaker and it takes a good 2 or 3 minutes for the person on the other end to initiate my order. Keep in mind about 10 minutes has passed since i clocked out for lunch. After i give my order, since for whatever reason the staff inside doesnt know their butt from their elbow, it takes another 10-15 minutes to get from the speaker phone to the pick up window (LESS THAN 40 FEET). Not to mention the staff treats me like I did something horrible to one of their family members. Makes me laugh that these idiots want...

I love this Wendys it’s so clean and the workers here are so friendly and orders are always correct when I order. I will definitely be coming back here and the worker even told me about getting a free item if I complete the survey and get the validation code and when I was done I handed to the worker and she let me spin like a wheel thing to see what I win and I didn’t want an icecream so she let me spin again and I got a cookie and told her can I please get something else she said yes what would u like? I said I would like a burger and she got it for me and I told her she’s the best. I’m definitely coming back here they are...

Fries & nuggets were burnt to a hard crisp, burger was drowning in mayonnaise and was barely wrapped properly, bun was basically a wet mush & the sauce I was given the cashier punctured their nail into causing it to leak all over the bad , & the iced tea was basically a water because there was no syrup in the machine . Hands down worse experience i ever had point blank period and the location wasn't even busy, not sure if I was treated this way due to me not being a local but sure made your other customers feel right at home I or my family will never step foot in this location or any other...
