I'm a driver and Dunkin' is my favorite, being that I'm from Massachusetts. I stop at several different locations daily throughout the Dayton area and this is one of the newest locations and one of the worst. My first visit was met with a lazy, uninterested staff, one with her back to the counter and on her phone After waiting and while being ignored, a gentleman finally greeted me and asked me why I was there (mobile order). Today was no different. I made a mobile order and when I walked in to pick it up there were 2 employees working. Neither greeted me or said anything for that matter. After a minute of waiting, the drive thru worker handed me my drink from the drive thru staging area (set it up for in store pick up) and didn't say a single word to me. Not hello, not thank you, not have a nice day, NOTHING. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service behavior. I will gladly patronize the locations that call me by name when I enter because that's how often I go, instead of this lazy culture that seems to have formed in West Carrollton. Read moreMultiple mess ups via mobile order. There is a female associate who never looks happy to serve you, and she should not be in this position if this is her normal attitude. All of my drinks have been incorrect in some way, and then to have no carriers for 5 drinks is insane. It's my second time at this brand new location, and I cannot believe they don't have a manager here with professionalism who can lead the team well. This franchise is not headed in the right direction. Read moreI went here and they got my drink wrong multiple times. The last time coming out they assured me my drink order was correct, but I get started to drive home and it was not. I gave up because at this point I’d been waiting forever so I contacted customer service twice in an attempt for them to make it right and talk to the restaurant and they never even emailed me back. I left with the wrong nasty drink and cold food and the employees giving me an attitude the entire time over their mistakes. I think it was handled very unprofessionally not only by the employees, but by customer service for failing to ever reach out and make it correct and talk to the restaurant.
