Finally decided to give them a try. NEVER AGAIN. Ordered the chicken with snowpeas, and lomein. The chicken dish was put in a standard cardboard box, instead of the metal container that other places would normally use since the food usually has a lot of liquid. Needless to say, the outside of the box was covered in liquid and it had spilled all inside the bag it was delivered in. The food itself was horrible. Chicken had the texture of slim. The vegetables had been completely over cooked and were soggy. The white rice that came with it was so dry, some pieces were completely crunchy. On to the lomein. I found a hair in my mongolian beef that I knew wasn’t mine, called to complain and the lady said “she has long hair and it’s probably from the onions but she can give me a free hot cake next time” with NO apology. She just hung up. So I called back and asked why there was no apology and it was the least she could do and she still offered me free food and still couldn’t apologize about the hair in my food. At that point, they had already lost my service for forever. I have long jet black hair and the hair found was a short light brown/blonde hair. I know the difference between a hair and an onion. Beware of online ordering. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and the online ordering ruined everything. I called after my delivery order was sent as pickup. I was met with nothing but hostility as if I was in the wrong. I offered to come pick up my order as there was obviously a language barrier to overcome on the phone. I showed up, explained. She ripped my head off again so I told her I’d like to have my money back. Immediately a phone camera came out and she called the police. The police came, we agreed that the restaurant was at fault but I would need to take them to small claims court to get my money returned.
