Things started off well with our original server, but quickly took a turn when another employee—dressed in a small top and pink pajamas—brought out our entrees. One of them, meant for my dad, was the wrong sandwich (steak instead of pulled pork). When she returned, she rudely asked if he had the right dish, holding the correct sandwich but not showing it to him. He assumed he had the right one and took a bite, only to realize it was incorrect. When he pointed this out, she said she’d have to charge him for both sandwiches. This was not our fault and should have been handled with courtesy and accountability.
