Best Sub — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I looked up this place website hours at 1:00am to see if the place was still open. The website said "closes soon at 2:00am", so i called about 1:08am to place an order and s guy picks up the phone and tells me the place is closed! , that is very misleading horrible customer service!, I could have taken the bus there in the cold to be told the place is closed early. I felt that wasn't right at all!, whoever is in charge of this place needs to do something about there workers closing the place so much early then they our suppose to!, it will be a looooong time before I ever decide to order from this place again!, misleading information to customers and not honoring the time they are suppose to stay open...

Born and raised in Humboldt Park, I finally moved back this year so I was super excited to be back. Decided to come here the first 3 nights unpacking. The Cook always made me feel I’m bothering him, and responds sarcastically everytime. I asked him nicely if he can give me a few more ketchup packets considering the big bag of fries that comes with my meal are gonna need more than 3 packets. Today was my first time at Best Sub. The employee overcharges my friend's credit card by 100.00. The owner corrected the issue but the employee who made the mistake "never apologize to my friend. It almost made me not place an order. But I did and the food was great. if the owner had not been so apologetic and helpful I would have left all due to the employee's attitude.
