Buffalo Sam's — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

My cousin actually recommended this location. Said it was better than Harold's 👀. Tried it the first time & it wasn't hitting. We ordered 10 wings & 10 fish. It was okay but the fish was heavy(type of grease) so I didn't eat it.They did skimp us on the fries & put mild sauce on top when we asked for it to be on the side. BUT I decided to give it another try and called my order in. Ordered a 6 piece wing. Waited less than 5 min for it when I got there. My food was fresh. I had an ample amount of fries that I was even able to share and the chicken was great! Now a few things to keep in mind. This place is in the hood. The staff can and may have attitudes depending on the day or how you come at them and yes they are behind bullet proof glass for their protection. A plus is that you can see your food being prepared and it's cheap. I definitely advise eating it as soon as you get it. Certain foods just taste better fresh and not warm...

The worst customer service I've ever seen. It's like the owner(s) went out and found the most disruptive, attitude having, angriest, & bitter black woman he could find to deal with customers on the westside. I asked for extra napkins because i ordered extra ketchup on my fries. She up there hollering she gave me enough napkins. I check my bag and i only have a few napkins. Im telling her ima need more than these few she's hollering i got plenty.(which i didn't) it's been awhile since I've seen such unprofessionalism like this before. I would have gave it 5 stars but the black girl at the counter has a attitude problem every time I come in there i eat here alot they need someone else taking care of people I called back asked to speak to a manger she say she is lol. Let me speak to someone who own this place he out of town she say but I no it was a big boss there they not go leave there Resturant unattended in a black hood and leaving a black person on the register if she don't want to deal with people get another job and I will be taking action on her i hate the fact people think they can talk to you any kind of way and she always getting...
