I recently called customer service regarding an issue with an order from this location. After explaining my issue, I was told that my call would be transferred to somebody that could help - the phone was hung up on their end.
I detailed that I placed an online order in advance for 5/12, however, the location prepared and delivered my order the evening of 5/11. I attempted 10 calls to the store to correct the error, but nobody answered the phone. I also reached out to the Door Dash delivery driver explaining the issue, but he chose to deliver to a closed business anyways - he did not follow the detailed delivery instructions.
Furthermore, I had to personally drive to the delivery location at 10:30pm to pick the order up. The delivery driver took the photo of one bag for the order. The order was incomplete. I ordered 4 orders of 20 wings with the fries/tots/wedges and carrots/celery bundle. I received only wings and ranch without any vegetables or fries, tater tots, or potato wedges.
I then emailed customer service twice (the email listed on Buffalo Wild Wings website) and received an error message stating that the message wasn’t delivered.
I showed up to my work lunch to feed 20 people with cold wings and no sides.
I am hopeful that this can get the attention of somebody that can at least attempt to right this wrong. But more than anything, I hope it can serve as a warning to anybody thinking about placing an order from...

The people at the restaurant were kind, helpful, and even called me to follow up. The people at the restaurant should be applauded for their effort. Doordash should be ashamed with their lack of effort. Btw, definitely do not order BW3 via their website because it is outsourced to DoorDash. So when there was an issue, Doordash wouldnt really own the problem since they dont have my credit card information to provide compensation, and BW3 should not have to be penalized for DoorDash’s mistakes but that is where the compensation would have to sit. The wings have always been great, my only issue is that I've discovered today, after months, that my mystery allergy is only triggered once I've eaten here. I usually get boneless wings, but today I had chicken tenders with my reaction being milder than normal. My coworker once gave me cheese curds from here and I broke out in a severe itch, dry/peeling eyelids, and welted rash on my neck. (The usual things I started experiencing once this location opened.)
