Oh man, I had the most incredible experience at The Long Hall! Let me tell you all about it. So, I was planning my son's first birthday bash, and I stumbled upon this gem of a venue.

From the get-go, Alina and The Long Hall team were top-notch! They were super responsive to my emails and made sure to address all my questions and requests. I shared some photos of the vibe I was going for, and man, did they deliver! The place was decked out with an insane amount of balloons and these gorgeous floral arrangements that gave it a magical touch.

What blew me away was their all-inclusive package. It made my life so much easier! I got the whole space, complete with chairs, tables, and a ton of awesome decorations. Seriously, they had everything covered, and it saved me a ton of hassle.

The Long Hall was perfect for my son's birthday, but what I loved was how adaptable the venue was. Alina mentioned they host various events, and I could totally see why. It's got this cozy and intimate vibe that would be great for all sorts of gatherings.

When the big day arrived, Alina was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. She's got this keen eye for detail and took care of everything like a boss. My guests couldn't stop raving about the place, both inside and the cute outdoor area they had.

My fiancé and I contacted this venue after seeing awesome pictures and reviews. Alana was very responsive, answered our questions and was attentive. After going in person to see the venue, when she saw us her demeanor changed. Not sure why since she has great reviews. She said if we want to book the place for our wedding, we would have to put down a NON REFUNDABLE $500 deposit. No problem. We sent her the deposit and communication stops after that. We don’t get replies to none of our questions. My fiancé and I were highly disappointed as we were so excited to finally found a wedding venue. So we reached out again and asked why communication stopped after we gave our deposit and that we wanted a receipt. Finally she answers and ADMITS she was ignoring us and just said “sorry”. Without hesitation she does suggest sending an email receipt BUT says if we would like our deposit to be refunded she will do that. We told her we sent a deposit for a reason and we would like a receipt. She said sure she’ll send it. Never did. Rented this venue for my baby shower party up to 30+ people. LOVE LOVE LOVE. The owners were wonderful and the space was amazing! Smooth communication, quick response, and I received great recommendations/advice from the owner. Alina was very helpful in providing any assistances I needed. The owners even decorated the space with some of their in-house decor and uplighting. The space is spacious and there was a ping pong table - the guests loved it. Too bad it was winter time during the baby shower or else I would have utilized the backyard space as well. It's beautiful. The venue is great for small to large gathering. Sound system was easy to use and of great quality. They have a virtual 3D floor plan that was fun to view and use to check out the space for visuals if you can't make it to the space to check it out prior.
