Burger King — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

This restaurant does not even deserve 1 star!! Going to this burger king was the most stupidest thing I've ever done! Everything about this diner is horrible. Horrible environment, horrible hygiene, and especially horrible food and service. I had to wait in line for a good 15 minutes to get my 2 meal order. I ordered a whopper with nothing on it but ketchup, mayo and cheese. And, when I finally got my order everything from tomato to onion was on my burger. And, OMG the people are just ridiculous, workers in the kitchen are talking about their personal life and other extremely irrelevant things to talk about while working. They had lots of people loitering as well, about half the people in the restaurant did not older one thing. Instead they were trying to sell merchandise and chill out apparently. There was even one person there who was drunk or at least looked and acted drunk. Even had a security guard there .-. And, the food. The food tasted like pure GAS! I couldn't even finish my meal. I felt sick as a dog! Either this place needs to shut down immediately or they need to hire new people. This US just a disgrace! I highly suggest that no one should eat here or anywhere else on this side of Chicago it's not safe to eat the food or walk on the sidewalks...

Having worked in fast food for over 5 years and dealing with such foul customers I try to be the customer that I would have wanted to deal with but the experience I had today showed me a glimpse of why snotty customers COULD be so snotty. I was not acknowledged when I came in, not a hello, one minute please. NOTHING. There’s not a lot of staff so I was baring with the young ladies until I realized I was purposely being ignored. All I could see was the backs of t shirts and ponytails, which is the only reason names weren’t included in this review. Once I was acknowledged, it was a quick and quiet exchange, then my cashier was back with her back facing joking in Spanish with her co worker. None of my thank you’s were responded to. It was overall uncomfortable being side eyed while I was literally the ONLY customer in the restaurant. I don’t mean to be THAT customer but on an already bad day, which is not these ladies faults, this experience was not pleasant at all. However, have a happy Easter & my burger was good so,...

I had went in to try and get a meal, however I was met with a long line in the inside of the restaurant. The wait time was really unbearable to go through considering I was waiting over 10 MINUTES! for somebody to take my order. You could see from the outside of the lobby where the employer was yelling and talking down on the employees instead of just taking orders for the countless of people waiting in line to get their food. The manager seeming like if he was verbally abusing the employees then came over and began taking orders but was taking so long and spoke in slurred speech customers were growing angry with him as well. Employees worked nervously one even looking like he wanted to cry taking out orders and doing more orders while the manager sat on their phone distracted instead of helping. I left the restaurant angry and without food what a waste of time and gas money! DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to see managers being on their phones and shitty...
