Chinese Kitchen on Kedzie and Roosevelt — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

They are rude answering the phone placed order for delivery at 1:45 it's now 3:38 they just came the driver refused to bring the food to the gate I literally live 5 blocks away the restaurant. When I called to ask about the order 4 times I was told 5 minutes and still no food.
