Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt 5:26 pm today I purchased food in the drive through at Taco Bell. A cashier named Sagia gave me one of the best costumer service experiences Iāve in fast food in 20 years. Her tone was perfect her listing skills were in point, and very professional. I donāt normally eat there but my niece wanted some so I just bought something for myself. No matter how many questions I asked; she answered, I was gonna change my mind about my first order, but no matter what she kept her composure. She did suggestive sell up, and restated my order every time to be clear about what I wanted. People donāt often notice people working in such a way in fast food. However, I worked in fast foods four 4-5 years and I understand what it takes and I enjoyed it. I just felt that it was important for me to take this time to tip my hat for this young lady. Cause she basically did everything right and still had a smile when I got to the window. ( I know she probably tripped like lady you been here be fore but nope; itās not my thing). The food was not good tasting and it was cold.....mind you I was the only customer in the restaurant for over 25 minutes , most of the business I presume is through the drive-thru. I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande combo it was a joke it is served in a small tray with hardly anything on it, a large drink and a taco Supreme for $10 at this location. It is advertised on the website for $7.99. Service is subpar and barely basic. I asked for mild sauce and was told it was at the self service bar and it was totally out. When I told the cashier she looked at me like so what. It's not worth the money in my opinion. Just go to an actual Mexican restaurant and get 2-3 steak tacos rice and beans and a drink or authentic nachos with fresh tortilla chips, beans, cheese, sour cream,guacamole, pico de gallo melted queso and real chicken or steak for the same price you pay for this stuff ( whatever it is or wherever...
