We went to the one in Lincoln Park first and it was a phenomenal experience the food was amazing and the price was fair.

We were so excited that another location opened close to our home. This location is just as amazing as the other location.

My husband is korean and hadn't had it in a while Bonchon was not the same as he remembered and was disappointed HOWEVER at CM Chicken "its what bonchon was/wish they were" he was excited about the whole chicken you can order.

Chicken is amazing everytime. I ordered the gizzard and didn't expect much but the flavor shined through, perfect balance of texture, meat, and taste. Wings equally so. Crunchy and flavorful 🤤 our go to korean chicken place.

One negative, the first time we ordered it didnt come with pickled radish. The recent time we ordered the radish was good but not as crunchy as I'd like but we did order an hour before they closed so it's understandable that the radish was just...

We ordered: Chicken - Soy Garlic Green Onion, Snow Onion, and Spicy Garlic Sides: Curly fries, Calamari Appetizers - Tteokbokki, Kimchi Fried Rice

We tried tenders, wings, and half chicken in those flavors above. No piece was dry, including the white meat which is always impressive. They definitely do a good job with the marinating and frying process. My favorite flavor is snow onion. It's just so interesting and delicious. The white sauce is light and sweet and the onions are thinly sliced without a strong onion taste. It's the perfect balance with the original crispy chicken.

Fries and calamari are crispy. Tteokbokki was properly cooked to good chewiness. Kimchi fried rice tasted authentic.
