The Chicken: Crunch factor: On point. CM Chicken's double-frying technique results in an incredibly crispy crust that stays that way for a good amount of time. Flavor options: They have a wide variety, from classic original fried to spicy garlic, soy garlic (a favorite!), sweet and spicy, and even a snow onion option with a creamy sauce. Spice level: There are options for both heat seekers (go for the red hot pepper!) and those who prefer things milder.
Sides and Other Eats: Sides: They have classic fries and coleslaw, but also Korean favorites like kimchi and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes). Other options: If you're feeling adventurous, they also offer other Korean staples like bibimbap and bulgogi. Things to keep in mind:
Price: CM Chicken is a bit more expensive than your typical fast food fried chicken, but the quality is definitely there. Reheating: Leftovers can get a little sticky if reheated in the microwave. Overall:
CM Chicken is a great option for those looking for delicious, authentic Korean fried chicken. With its wide variety of flavors and super crispy texture, it's definitely worth a try. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait - they fry everything to order to ensure freshness!

We were so excited that another location opened close to our home. This location is just as amazing as the other location.
My husband is korean and hadn't had it in a while Bonchon was not the same as he remembered and was disappointed HOWEVER at CM Chicken "its what bonchon was/wish they were" he was excited about the whole chicken you can order.
Chicken is amazing everytime. I ordered the gizzard and didn't expect much but the flavor shined through, perfect balance of texture, meat, and taste. Wings equally so. Crunchy and flavorful 🤤 our go to korean chicken place.
One negative, the first time we ordered it didnt come with pickled radish. The recent time we ordered the radish was good but not as crunchy as I'd like but we did order an hour before they closed so it's understandable that the radish was just...

We tried tenders, wings, and half chicken in those flavors above. No piece was dry, including the white meat which is always impressive. They definitely do a good job with the marinating and frying process. My favorite flavor is snow onion. It's just so interesting and delicious. The white sauce is light and sweet and the onions are thinly sliced without a strong onion taste. It's the perfect balance with the original crispy chicken.
Fries and calamari are crispy. Tteokbokki was properly cooked to good chewiness. Kimchi fried rice tasted authentic.
Service was excellent. The employee was very nice and checked on our table. Great location inside 88 market with free...
