I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I knew something was wrong when I was placing my order. After giving the associate my order, he started changing and removing things on the screen! I literally had to say no I want this, or don’t change that, and he just nonchalantly said yeah, I’m already doing it… when I got my coffee, it looked strange. I usually get the brown sugar syrup, and it always makes the coffee darker. And I always substitute cream for oat milk, so it shouldn’t have been as light as it was. I tried to confirm with him and also another associate that he actually put brown sugar in the coffee. And they both told me he did. I feel like I was definitely being toyed with. After tasting the concoction he made, it just tasted like ice with cream and something slightly sweet in it I immediately got a headache and felt really strange. I called the restaurant immediately and asked for the manager.They claimed that there was no manager present, and that’s probably true because Of how unprofessional they were. Read moreIt seems this establishment does not care to improve despite the customers that it needs taking the time to voice the bad experiences that are now a normal occurrence here. The wait time is Terrible, made unbearably worse due to the inability to leave the line because of the set-up. I had no feedback from the speaker where you place the order so I follow the line thinking the speaker is malfunctioning only to find out the "manager" chose not to acknowledge me at the speaker and now refused to take my order at the payment window because there was a line behind me and I did not order at the speaker. As if it was my fault for not getting her attention somehow and that there is a line to begin with, 20min-long by the way. Either this employee was pretending to be the manager or the establishment makes poor choices in employees. I had this frustrating experience from about 8:10pm ending at 8:40pm 3/23/21, so I would not bother bringing any business here in the evening. I cannot say anything about the morning shift but I will not be coming back to find out anyway....

Keeping your back turn for a countless minute is a poor reflection of you and your professionalism. For you to simply say hey there's a sign right there that says next register is a piss poor way to help someone.
