We stopped by this location after dropping our car off for work to be done thinking that we were going to get our Dunkin fix; only to see the line for the drive thru wrapped around the building. So, we decided to go inside because yet again we just dropped our car off; only to find out that they have the door locked and are not allowing customers in. The fact alone that it looked like it was only 2 workers during what looks to be their rush hour (8am) and not have enough employees at all. There is usually not a problem when coming to this location when in the drive thru. But, what about those customers who used bus fare to come there for coffee or those customers who live close by and do not have a car for the drive thru? This location owner/ manager needs to do better... if employees called off then the owner/manager should have been there to help handle the rush of customers during morning hours or to at least post a sign saying mobile orders can come in and pick up or something...not the confusion on customers faces when they walk up to the door and it's locked and can't get in....
Read moreWent to the new Dunkin Donuts across the street from my job where I'm working night shift just a little bit ago (8:25pm to be exact). The first door was unlocked and the 2nd door was locked and the young lady stated that the lobby closed at 8pm, so I asked how do I get coffee must I walk to the drive thru and she stated in a very nasty & unprofessional way that I would not served in the drive thru unless I was in a car. I have never heard of such a thing. What if I don't own a car? I'm not allowed to drink my favorite beverage because I'm not a car owner. Shame on them and I'm a huge dunkin coffee drinker and I'm a senior. You come to a community and you don't advertise that your establishment is even open and then you have the ordasity to discriminate against people who are not car owners. I will never return to this location ever again and they just opened maybe...
Read moreI don't know why I still try coming to this location. People rating it any more than 2 stars have to have been paid or something. It is atrocious every time; horrible service, their coffees are consistently undrinkable, and the employees always look like they want to put on a blindfold and walk out into traffic.
I get a vanilla chai with a turbo shot and every time it tastes like milk with a hint of burnt coffee. Last time I went back in to ask the employee to remake it, and it tasted horrible again, so I asked for a refund and then they proceeded to ignore me for about 10 minutes until I waved them down again. Another person came in behind me to ask for their iced coffee to be remade as well. If you want Dunkin, just drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the one on Cicero & Cermak, or Cicero just off 31st, both of which are always 5/5 with...
