El Burrito Feliz Restaurant — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Im editing this review because this restaurant is actually pretty bad. They're food is mediocre at best and service is usually really horrible. They take forever to serve food despite having enough employees on hand to make the food on time. They give preference to people eating inside the establishment and basically forget about you if you order take out. Especially when you call ahead to place an order for pick up. In fact I've noticed this place doesnt even start preparing the food until after you show up to pick up. Its ridiculous! The wait time for food here is usually 30 minutes even if its just 2 tacos and an horchata. And they get orders wrong all the time, then refuse to fix them or refund money. This place's only saving grace are the amazing waitresses, not the cooks or the management, the waitresses. Theyre very nice and handle the mixed orders better than the management. Honestly the management doesnt even know how to use...

There appears to be some sort of favoritism with the karaoke, which was the reason we came here... my Mom wanted to sing a second song and was not allowed because she had gone up already yet other people went a second and a third time... The waitreses seemed to have smiles just for those people as well. We got grouchy faces. The food was meh, I suppose you cant blame them because they are not a seafood place so yeah (we primarily ordered shrimp dishes). We are definitely not going back again. A better karaoke place is el camaron pelao on ogden. They have great customer service and fairness with karaoke. (Edit) went back recently food was not good. Asada was. All hard and chewy, tortilla as chewy aswell like it was half way heated in microwave, idk if management changed but this used to me by favorite place. 🤷🏽‍♂️ edable but not pleasant.

(Edit 2) In response to the owner telling me atleast I ate and being passive agressive, I had this restaurant 5 star rated for years. I know the pandemic been hard on alot of businesses. But with the quality dropping so low from what it was, I gotta leave a poor rating. I can't tell you what to do but taste what your cooks putting out and try to make...
