Ah, the Blue Screen of Death. If you've experienced it, you know how sick you feel when you realize that all of your information may be lost forever. When this happened to me recently, I searched for computer repair places near me and stumbled upon the great reviews for Leo's Computer Store. I wanted to support a small business in my community so I decided to take a chance with them. I'm so glad I did! This place is a hidden gem. Mauricio did a fantastic job restoring my laptop, and for a great price. I'm very happy and I highly recommend them! For those who want more information ... I'd been backing up most of my files to Carbonite but I had a bunch of stuff on my desktop that hadn't been backed up yet. Mauricio was able to recover the vast majority of my files, including everything from my desktop. When mentioned that I was planning to buy a new laptop Mauricio advised that my old laptop was still in great shape and all I needed was a new hard drive, which was absolutely correct and saved me a bunch of money. The store doesn't look that remarkable from the street, but once I started working with them I felt more confident in their service than I ever had in a big box store. I also want to give a special shout-out to their fantastic in-house Spanish-English interpreter, who helped Mauricio and me communicate accurately and effectively. If you've read this far, you also might appreciate learning from my mistake - I should have brought my computer to Leo's Computer Store when I realized I was yelling "OMG computer, it's just a Word document! It's not that hard!!!" on almost a daily basis as my laptop struggled with basic functions. Lesson learned. THANK YOU for saving my laptop!! A+++...

I came in because my daughter's iPad mini had an iTunes recovery problem and had to be connected to a computer. My laptop isn't working so I came in to use the computers. The guy was so nice and only charged me $1 for the 15 minutes I was on the computer. He even encouraged me to bring my laptop in and he would look at it. I will definitely be back!
