Honest as always. Customer service: The people at the counter were nice and they got the order right. They had 4 people outside waiting (2 in car, then an older lady and a man on his lunch) they said it opened at one they didnāt let anyone in until 1:20pm. Your main supporters are your own. We support black owned business,and we would like support and respect to the people spending their hard earned money with your establishment. Everyone says you closed on some days, donāt answer, or open late why have people waste gas or lunch break. Be professional and exceptional not the ānormā of a BOB with no etiquette. Treat the people like yāall treated Chicagoās Best. Integrity matters.
Food: Iāve been here before and it wasnāt great I decided to try again I donāt know if it was the cooks because everyone gives 5 stars it was not good at all and ruined our appetite. None of us liked the food it was bland.
Ordered chicken Philly Obama Obama eggroll and mini tip. My daughter said the mini tips were very hard. My fiancĆ© didnāt like the Obama said it was blah. I threw the chicken Philly out Iām big on flavor maybe I ordered the wrong things. Only thing we liked were the fries. No diss my opinion if you ever try mini chi chi or perfect jerk bbq jerk tips youāll see. Idk what the hype is...

That made us want to come back the second time but on that go around we called couldn't get an answer, made it to the establishment just to be told it would be a 45 min wait for ribs. We didn't wait so we decided to leave. The third time was the next day I went early in the morning before they opened. I called at 1:00pm right at the time they're open for business although the gate wasn't open at that time no answer as soon as the doors were open. I got in first person in line . To my surprise the young lady was taking call in orders yet I called twice and got no answer and left me waiting until she got through. I still end up waiting 50 minutes for my food. 4 call in orders were made before mmine. People that walked in and ordered after me got their food before me. I couldn't understand that considering the fact that I was the very first person in the door. I got 2 large rib tips and the Obama Philly. The two orders of ribs I bought for two other people, they said "the ribs were tuff" I had the Obama and it was very good. Overall the people working there are friendly. I will focus on no phone orders and very limited parking , store located in front of a bus stop and not everyone in comfortable sitting in a parked car for 30 to 60 minutes for a " Fast Food Order". I can say the cashier is very polite and professional . By allowing phone orders you may receive more business. I work in customer service so I know how important customer satisfaction is for repeat customers. If they won't accept phone orders how about online ordering ? Food is great ,customer service is great , I just find it hard now waiting on an order they could have taken over the phone so you don't have several cars parked on Division waiting again for Fast Food.
