Crew arrives an hour late, then about an hour into installing counters they discover they forgot 2 side splashes. Instead of rescheduling the owner tells one of the crew members to drive back to company (which was 54 miles away one way) to pick up side splashes. Neither the owner or crew informed townhouse owner about this until she asked where the crew member went. A 3 hour installation turned into 6 hours. This also delayed plumbing hookup/connections. Celso (pronounced "Selso") is skilled, personal, extremely knowledgeable, sharp, professional, extremely punctual, and did a beautiful job installing our kitchen countertops!! He does very fast work compared to others in the business and his prices can't be beat!! Very professional! They came on time. They showed respect for my home and were very careful carrying the granite up the stairs with 5 men. They all wore mask. I could tell they knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up when they were finished. Lastly they told me how long I should wait before placing anything on top of the granite because they put a protector on it. My kitchen is being remodeled, however I attached a couple pictures.
