She also claims to be a manager. I’m being specific just in case you care about your customers you know who to address. Came to exchange coffees for my co-workers and this person went into her ignorant fake offended about why the coffee needed to be exchanged. Had to tell her please do not argue with me I’m just making the return. She proceed to complain to co-worker #2 at the drive they window ( weave with auburn and black) . This woman was consistently rude to other customers, had no problem getting orders wrong and argumentative with people. She was so nasty I asked for a different manager to converse with. It took 25min. to get coffee replaced simply because she chose to be petty. As I waited I watched her argue with other customers , observed her rude and unprofessional approach to other patrons. When I told this person I’d reach out to her superiors h she stated that she did not care. She also began to malign my character to other customers. Read moreLooking at the reviews and going here often I think a good thing to remember is that when we make a mistake it's OK, fix it and move on. Today the young lady at the counter says sugar free French vanilla and I'm like oh no regular please, she looks at my cup, takes it, I wait about 3-4 mins more, she gives me the exact same cup, I taste the sugar free, I'm like OK, so I'll just drink it... but no I can't i don't like the taste, I start getting a headache, I go thru the drive thru now, I get my cup quickly but with very little ice and no vanilla and easy cream. The mentally of punishing the customer because we're aren't happy the first time around will cause sales to go down not up. We already pay too much for everything now we gotta take it the way you made it and not the way I ordered it? No. Not cool. It's the middle of the day I'm not at home with my coffee maker but I'll carry a second cup if it'll avoid having to spend $3 for a bad cup of coffee. Read moreProbably the most idiotic fast food experience I've ever had - half because of the app and half because of restaurant. My car was parked near the restaurant so as I walked over from work I put in my order in the app but it won't let me submit the order until I'm at the restaurant....so not much point in having an app. I head over to the restaurant and it has 3 pickup options: in store, they walk it out to the car, or drive thru. I pick walk it to the car but the there only 2 parkin spots designated for this option and both are taken. Then park in a random spot and change pick up to in store (which is incredibly complicated for some reason). Walk over to entrance and see in store is closed, they are only doing drive thru.....why are other pickup options available in app??? So I go into the drive thru line which is 10+ cars long (why I initially avoided that pickup option) and finally get my food which is barely even room temperature at this point but I was over the whole experience so just went home rather than dealing with...
