There is a sign that says "no mask no service" and they don't enforce it consistently. One worker asks a man trying to come in to stay outside. The customer didn't have his mask on. He just had it in his hand.
Later he persists and just walks in and no one behind the counter says anything, despite the sign posted.
Social distancing and masks aren't enforced. This is concerning. Customer safety isn't prioritized as much as it needs to be here. They seem to just give up after being pushed around a bit. It doesn't take much to break the rules here.
There was another customer who had no mask on hand and was next to the entrance making it impossible to social distance. He kept blocking the doorway too but the workers don't say anything. They just kept insisting I come inside. Clearly my safety isn't a priority.
Only one man was really enforcing it but he wasn't always around to be at the entrance. This hard working man is spread thin and it's unfortunate that his coworkers don't consistently enforce the expectations like he does. It's no wonder some customers will follow the expectations and some won't. Consistency is key.
The cashier is definitely aware of what is going on but just continues his work ignoring it all. "You are why people don't want to give business to restaurants. All you care about are appearances and just care about making money regardless of who's safety is compromised. Shame on you!".
I’ll wait when you actually know how to enforce masks and social...
Read moreThe day before yesterday I went in to get my elderly mom food because she love this place. I waited approximately 30 minutes (which is normal time for this place) as I was waiting a guy came in ticket number 157 & they gave him a sand which which he didn’t order. I was curious to see what they would do with the old sand which because they should’ve trashed it because it left the building. The female staff consulted with the owner and it was mistaken 167 for 157 which was a delivery order. She took the sandwhich out rewrapped it, put it in a new brown paper bag with a napkins and something else then stapled it with #167 on it & put it where delivery orders go. I immediately confronted the owner and asked him “so you really gone give that to someone after he just bring that back” he responded in a smart manner. And said “it haven’t went out yet” but it did! He should have immediately trashed it but he didn’t. He allowed his staff to rebag it & put on the side where the delivery orders go. I demanded my money back after waiting 30 minutes. That could’ve easily been someone my food. That was...
