On a very positive note, the turtle cookies have layers of texture and slight crisp outer shell and an inner core that's soft, chewy and flavorful to the point of addiction. The owner (Jonathan) is very nice and accomodating on the phone, however, it is hard to get in touch with him. Unfortunately, delivery options are very limited and costly and the website is not userfriendly. The cookie recipes are exceptionally, but service, and lack of ability to purchase cookies my be the downfall of the business. I stop at their kiosk outside the Daley Center every chance I get, and their turtle cookies might be the best cookies I have ever tasted. They are a little pricey, but I think they're worth the cost for sure. I bring them back to the office and hand them out...people just love them.
