Despite the staff not being friendly and welcoming, the pizza was just horrible. First things first, our order was not put in the correct slot (which has happened on more than one occasion) and had took a little bit to get our order from the pizza portal machine. We asked an employee to help us, and she helped us, but didn't talk to us at all. Instead, she turned and spoke to another employee about our order being in the wrong slot.
We ordered a green pepper, black olive, and pepperoni well done deep dish pizza, along with a side of parmesan wings. Right of the bat, the pizza just didn't look appealing and definitely not how we had asked for it to be specifically through the app. We received 2 of the 3 toppings that we ordered-- the green pepper was not included at all. The pizza itself was also under-baked. The cheese on top of the pizza was not completely melted and the dough itself was not baked all the way through-- it was still very dough-y (not RAW, but just UNDER-COOKED). The dough/pizza itself easily be molded like play-doh, and even holding it or tearing off a piece felt limp and not fully cooked. This was upsetting, especially when we specifically asked for it to be well-done.
We called the location where we ordered from and asked to speak to a manager to voice our concerns. The MANAGER, Daryl Sanders, DID NOT apologize or offer to refund our order, but instead told us that he tried to call about the shortage of ingredients at their location. First of all, he DID NOT call, and we know because we did not receive a call or see a missed call notification. The manager was very unprofessional and tried to play it off as if it was our fault. We tried to be as nice and understanding as possible, but the way he handled the situation was very upsetting. Our meal was ruined not just by our experience with an inaccurate and under-baked pizza, but also by the horrible customer service that we experienced from the manager and...
Read moreI visited this Little Caesars because I just happened to be in the area at a GameStop location down the street. There was a Subway location in the same complex as the GameStop, but I wanted something a little bit more filling than a Sub-of-the-day and something that does not take long to prepare. The thought of purchasing a 7-Eleven $5 pizza came to mind, but the nearest one was far out. However, while driving I instantly thought of this Little Caesars location and it became my option.
My visit was actually quick because I knew what I wanted before arriving, which was the $5 special. In fact, the $5 special tends to be the only thing I purchase at any Little Caesars location because how can you fail with a pizza that costs only $5? Exactly you cannot fail! Plus, you rarely have to wait because most of the time its "Hot-N-Ready" just waiting for you to pick it up.
The only thing about this visit that almost turned me off were the panhandlers outside of the door. I'm sure I'm not the only one that dreads encountering panhandlers because I for one do not always have cash in my pocket. That feeling of telling someone truly in need that you do not have money to give hurts at times. It sucks because you have it, yet you do not have it, which makes me feel guilty about not having something that I actually have on a debit...

Alot of homeless people out side the door asking for money. BUT, I gotta say my family likes the pizza. 🤣🤣. When it closed for a little bit for the remodeled my family almost cried.my kids where really sad. We all know we are getting cheap $5.50 pizza but honestly I'll take this over afew other pizza locations that say they have the best...
