I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express after they changed their staff. After multiple visits where the portions were smaller, no utensils, no bags. I went in to order one plate (one side and two entrees). When it came time to pay, the lady asked if it was a bowl. I misunderstood and ended up paying $9.64 upfront while waiting for my order. I suddenly realized that was less than I usually pay, so I informed her. She then made me pay an additional $11.30. After receiving my order, I noticed that parts of my original payment of $9.64 had not been refunded or processed. I then wait till they have no customers in line, come and kindly asked her if a refund could be made. Instead of understanding, she blamed me for the mistake and only refunded me $5.98. In the end, I had to pay nearly $15, when it normally costs just around $13. Why they made it so complicated? Why don't just refund the first payment and process another? I come there just to order a meal, not for their employees to mess up with my money. Especially since I've been a loyal customer from my first year in college, I will never coming back. They should have absolutely retrained their employees.

This has to be the worst Panda Express location I’ve ever been to. Every time I order, the food quality seems to be getting worse. Sometimes the chicken just tastes old and not fresh. But my tipping point with this particular location was when I found a piece of scour sponge in my bowl of Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. After seeing this, I just could not finish my meal, which I barely ate out of. I post this not to scare anyone, but to make people aware of the risks when buying at this location.

The staff at this Panda Express are incredibly polite and welcoming. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, they greeted me enthusiastically, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The counters are spotless and well-organized, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness. As for the food, it’s absolutely delicious—every bite is flavorful and satisfying. I truly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend it!👍

I remember one time I was back here while I was still at UIC. It was busy but I was next in line and I thought I told the lady my order and proceeded down.. come to find out she was yelling to get my attention (I didn’t know it was directed at me so I thought she was shouting at somebody else but it turned out it was me) she was yelling at me what I wanted and I told her I wanted orange chicken as a side because maybe she missed that part cuz I do tend to be quiet sometimes but she screamed “NO!!” at me so I repeated my whole order.. I understand that I misunderstood the situation but there is no reason for the employees to treat students let alone customers that way even if there was a mistake. People even picked up on this poor interaction as the older lady next to me was even confused and thought she was screaming at somebody else and a girl who was still in line witnessed it and asked me if I did got my food. So rude, nobody wants to be screamed at while they’re ordering their lunch. I come here every so often and had no problems until this interaction made me steer...

like others have said, awful customer service. who the hell screams at a college student who's just trying to grab one pair of chopsticks? do you guard the napkins with your life, too? did you personally buy each chopstick? seriously? dunkin' doesn't tell me to put the napkins back, wow bao rightly does not care if you grab one fork to eat with, and the chick-fil-a employees are compassionate enough to give you a free drink if you really need it. i regret ever spending a dime at this panda express. the food was not good anyways, and i felt sick after eating it. this location needs to figure things out. save your time and go to literally any other...
