I commute from this place quite often. Decent place and very well maintained. There are train departure and arrival boards which are very helpful. Wheel chair accessible entrance is available. However only one side exit has an elevator which makes it difficult for old adults if they have to use elevator to exit towards...

It's improved a lot over the years. Cleaner, newer, more modern. But I still avoid it unless it's totally pouring rain outside or totally snowing. It still doesn't seem very safe and some people hang out around there asking for money...
